When it comes to injuries, I'm sure it's the scariest thing that anyone fears the most. I once had an injury that almost made me unable to work anymore because my veins almost broke when I experienced this. My injury this time I experienced when I worked as a construction worker in my hometown.
The incident started when I was offered a job by a friend of mine about a few years ago. I was invited to work by my own garden which at that time I was in need of money for my daily needs. I have no work experience as a construction worker but I am determined to work because I need income for my daily needs. then I did not think long and immediately took the job. Long story short, I was immediately invited to work and my friend offered to tell me to destroy the ceramic walls in the building to replace them with marble walls. I immediately took a big hammer and smashed the ceramic that was attached to the wall. when I work, I feel safe, safe and unhindered. But unfortunately, when I was halfway through my work, the ceramic that I crushed hit my left leg. At first I didn't feel anything. but moments later, blood was pouring out of my legs. apparently the broken ceramic that hit my leg was very sharp and could tear my leg. Then I immediately rushed my friend to the hospital for more intensive treatment. I was immediately put into the emergency room and the doctor immediately treated my leg which was hit by the broken ceramic fracture. the doctor said the wound that hit my leg almost cut off the main artery of my leg and had to get stitches so the bleeding could be stopped The doctor at that time asked me how I could have a work accident like this. Then I tell the incident in detail. Then he advised me that if one day you work, don't forget your safety so that work accidents don't happen again in the future. Then the doctor said to me, if the wound you received is too deep and makes the pulse in your leg break then you really won't be able to work again in the future. Indeed, at that time my safety equipment when I was working was incomplete, so something like this could happen. Then I was told to go home to rest so that the wound I experienced was getting better. I also do traditional healing so that my wounds heal faster and my legs can be normal in the future.
Here I attach some photos of my injured leg. I took this photo during the treatment for my leg injury.

From the incident that I experienced, I learned a lot that, if you are working, prioritize safety so that unwanted things don't happen in the future. In addition, prior to work, prioritize looking at guidelines and examples from other people who are professionals so that work accidents can be prevented early. the most important thing is to manage the risk as small as possible so that the incidence of injury at work can be minimized in such a way.
