Hello everyone, how are you doing today? This is going to be Week 23, Edition 02 of our Weekly Featured Content.
So, last week Saturday we had the last hangout that was just so much fun we did not want it to come to an end. We are on our second topic for the week which is, "ONE CURE”. This topic was geared toward each member of the community telling us what they would do if they found that they could create a cure for one disease.
We got to see the different diseases people would really want to cure, based on how such diseases have affected them personally and they don’t want it to affect anyone else ever again.
We went through every entry post, every post with the #hl-exclusive & #hl-w23e2 tags. And with the number of wonderful posts out there it was quite difficult to make a selection. But eventually, we did just that. And so, the posts that will be featured not just for their exceptional content, but also for their level of engagement with other authors will be listed below:

DIABETES MELLITUS AS A FATAL DISEASE by @alihussain077
This author went into detail to tell us about diabetes, the types there were, and their effects on the patients. If he had the opportunity to create a cure for one disease, it would surely be a cure for diabetes. You can read more when you read the full post.
This author told us that she would very much love to find a cure for cancer. She told us how she lost a person dear to her to this particular disease, and how if she had the opportunity, she would do it that cancer was no longer such a scary disease. She would indeed be saving humanity. You can read the full story in her post.
A DISEASE WITH SILENT KILLING ABILITIES by @gi-de-on
*This author told us that the one disease he would love to create a cure to would be HIV/AIDS. This has to do with the ability of the virus to be in a person’s body system for so long without the person ever having a clue, and also how it always tends to end in the death of the patient. Not to even mention the social stigma associated with it. It would be a good thing for the threat of the disease to be a thing of the past.”
