Hello everyone, how are you doing today? This is going to be Week 26, Edition 01 of our Weekly Featured Content.
So, last week Saturday we had the last hangout that was just so much fun we did not want it to come to an end. We are currently on our first topic for the week which is, "ANGER”.
But before we proceed with the details of the topic, let us take a look at the winners of the last topic which was “THE BEST AND WORST HOLIDAY”. This topic was geared toward each member of the community telling us about their best and worst holidays over the years.
We got to learn about the holidays they enjoyed immensely and the ones that left them sad for one reason or the other. It was indeed a great topic for everyone.
For this topic, we went through every entry post, and that is every post with the #hl-exclusive & #hl-w25e3 tags. And with the number of wonderful posts out there it was quite difficult to make a selection. But eventually, we did just that. A STORM COMES AFTER HAPPINESS by @jane1289
This author told us about how she and her colleagues were able to take some time off work, back in 2013. They paid a visit to Virgin Island in Cebu, and they had a great time there. But then, a typhoon interfered and they could not return to work when they were supposed to. Eventually though, everything went back to normal and they were able to go home.
MY BEST HOLIDAY OVER MY WORST HOLIDAY by @merit.ahama
This author told us about how she went to spend the holiday with her Mom and siblings. It was a time spent having good times with loved ones and making good memories. Her worst holiday was when she had to travel to her village, a place that lacked good network services. And while she learned one or two things there, it didn’t make it any more enjoyable for her.
*This author told us about how she had a great time when she traveled to her hometown with her family, having to teach her children a bit about their heritage was one of the highlights of the holiday for her.
