Hello everyone, how are you doing today? Hope you are having a great time. This will be Week 108, Edition 02 of our Weekly Featured Content.
So, last Saturday we had our hangout as usual, and it was just so much fun we did not want it to end. We are currently on our second topic for this week which is “ IS LEARNING THAT HARD?”
But before we proceed with the details of the topic, let us take a look at the winners of the last one which was “IT WAS JUST UNFAIR”.
This topic was geared toward each member of the community telling us about the time they were treated unfairly by people who should have treated them better. From rather simple things to more complex ones, there will always be those who are unfair to others.
We got to see how members dealt with this and how exactly it affected them. Being treated unfairly can really hurt and it’s a trend that we really need to work toward eradicating. And this is something we can only achieve together. This was an enlightening topic, indeed.
For this topic, we went through every entry post, and that is every post with the #hl-exclusive & #hl-w108e1 tag. And with the number of wonderful posts out there it was quite difficult to make a selection. But eventually, we did just that. And so, the posts that will be featured not just for their exceptional content, but also for their level of engagement with other authors will be listed below.

This author told us about his work life and how a promotion he believed belonged to him was given to someone else. It wasn’t a fair deal, considering the fact that he was better and had a faster delivery rate than the other. Sadly, he didn’t get the promotion, and later on, he never did.

For this author, he told us about how bullies made his high school hellish for him. And it was especially difficult for him because he couldn’t report the incident to the authorities due to how the school was structured. And as a result, he had to endure it all for the length of his stay in the school.
This author told us about how her employers were unfair to her by overworking her and refusing to pay what was due to her. Her superiors were of no help to her, and in the end, she had to take matters into her own hands and handle it all herself. It can be painful when you really put in your best but people just choose not to see it.
