Some of the habits and lifestyles we choose it what makes us strong and healthy and not just the medications we take often. A good and healthy lifestyle will be of great advantageous and healthy contribute to living than medications. Some of the behaviors we practice today is what make us to be in a state of health which we are today. Some persons practice healthy living which inturn improve health status. For example someone that smoke will not have the same health status of lungs, will someone who doesn't smoke. If you were diet which we eat is a contributing factor of our health therefore what goods inside our mouth is very essential and which should be attention to it. Record has it that about 70% of people who suffer from digestive system diseases are from what they eat and habit. This is to say that our habit plays a vital role in our health.

Growing up I used to be a lover of exercise and one of the thing that my mentor told me about exercise is that I should exempt myself in anything that will affect my lungs liver, bone and immune system. He advised me not to take alcohols neither should I smoke. This was a healthy practice or lifestyle which I clean up with. Most of the times, my performance in terms of exercise and sports is always different from others who engage in one or two things like smoking or drinking alcohol. This is because of my healthy lifestyle and practice. When I was Growing up also, my daddy made us understand or believe that if you don't bath at at least twice in a day you will be growing large hair everywhere in your body, so with this fear of not growing hairs all over our body we always bath at least twice a day. This is a very good practice that even when I was away from home I still maintain that same way, even when I realized that It wasn't true about growing hairs all over our body. It have already become part of me.
In as much as I cannot place my hand on a particular healthy behavior that have replace the role of medication I can possibly say that they are still healthy behaviors that can fill in the role of just taking medication and with this healthy lifestyle practice, we will tend to even live longer and healthier than taking just medications. You can watch your weight by some of you eating habit, eating less of fat and eating early can as well be away of controlling your weight. Regular exercises is a healthy lifestyle that many people ignore today, nobody want to exercise their body. We forget that exercise helps in regulating body metabolism and activity. Some persons had the opportunity to escape being diabetic through exercise but the maintain their ground to not engaging exercises. Non strenuous exercise enables proper body regulation.
