Do I have a favourite animal? I'm not sure about that but what I know is that I get scared easily of any animal wether wild or domestic, even insects don't look tiny to me sometimes lol. You need to see me when I see a cockroach close by and when I remember they have the ability to fly, oh boy! I'd fly far away from it if I had the ability 😂 but when I saw the topic, I couldn't stop seeing myself as this cute looking animal.
For someone who is scared of domestic animals, this seem extreme for me to imagine but I've studied enough about this animal and I wish to be like them in these aspect.
A Lion Cub, obviously is a baby Lion that is yet to know much about the Pride and how to live as a Lion. But one thing is for sure, A Lion Cub must become a Lion no matter how weak it seem when it was born and this is what I admire about Lion Cubs.
There are actually many things I admire about being a Cub and more reasons I would choose to be one if I could get a chance. Of course, there are dark sides to it but they are super minimal dark sides with the mother Lion who is always there for her Cub.
- Lion Cubs are super protected by their mothers
For someone who didn't grow up with her mum, I'm jealous of the Cubs who had their mother care from the very beginning until they became true powerful Lions. From the time of conceiving, Lionesses go into hiding to birth their Cubs in a safe place, take care of them for weeks before going back with them to the Pride.
They do this to avoid having their Cubs being prey for meat eaters and other predators. How they are protected is really fascinating and it gets me jealous so I'd love to have such a massive love care if I'm given the chance.
- Lion Cubs are weak but become very strong
I can relate with this animal so much in this area as I'm one of those weak ladies among the weaker vessels (women) 😂 sometimes, I wonder why I'm so weak and lazy to get things done but I learnt about Cubs and see how they use their weakness to become even stronger to take down their predators and preys.
Cubs takes about five weeks to start seeing with their eyes, get to two years before they learn how to hunt for their food and become powerful Lions when they become four years old. It doesn't seem like a long time but their process of learning is super slow and I think that is how they were made by our Creator because they still end up being very powerful.
- Lion Cubs are cute but dangerous
They are almost harmless when they are still some weeks young but can be dangerous when they start taking milk and almost getting to the stage of feeding on meat. Looking at them at this stage could sway you because they are super cute looking but fear them! They are dangerously cute 😅 and yeah, I love them for that.
Being cute only doesn't pay, you'd be taken for granted instead so I'd like to be a little dangerous while I'm being cute. I like how they play with their mates (saw a few videos about them) they look like they are trying to kill themselves but it is their show of love and fun, I find it cute lol.
Becoming a Cub is a sweet imagination for me but of course, I'd be scared to go close to a zoo to see one 😂 so don't mind me, just allow my imaginations here in writing, thanks!
