Oh my! I had a really hard time deciding on the movie to choose a soundtrack from, it didn't end there because after deciding on one movie, I also had a hard time choosing a song to be my favourite as I feel every song is a favourite for a reason. Well, I've decided on one but know this, it isn't my only favourite movie soundtracks, there are a lot more but I think you'll get to know them as time go on, I have plans about it.

So for this edition topic, I'm choosing to share my love the movie - The Greatest Showman. One of those movie that I can't tell the number of times I've seen them over and of course, the countless times I've listened to the songs sang in it. I love musical movies specially before any other kind and so it got difficult for me to decide from the countless musical movies I've seen to come to this conclusion.
Well, there's a reason this movie stand out and got here for me... The reason is simple, the soundtracks in it and most especially these two that I'll share more about. I think there about eight songs sang in this movie but this two got my full love on them for reasons I'll share with you.
My most favourite soundtrack from the movie is "Never Enough" by Loren Allred
The lyrics... The passion... The voice... The expression... The power... The feeling (I got goosebumps)
All those are what attracted me to the song, I still goosebumps when I listen to the song and this could be the 50th time I'll be listening to the song. If that doesn't make the song my favourite, then I don't see what it will be. The character in the movie did so well in presenting the song like she owned it and made me love the song so much.
What's even more surprising about this song for me is that the character that sang it wasn't the kind that one would love her role as she made a married man get distracted from taking care of his family but instead, I live her more after her presentation of this song. You should listen to it to know exactly what I mean by the song is a gem.
My second favourite soundtrack from the movie is "Rewrite the stars" by Anne-Marie and James Arthur
I love duel songs a lot and I think that drew me more to this song and then, the lyrics of the song has so much to think about and ponder on... Says a lot about the two characters who sang it in the movie of how the guy's parents are against his relationship with a lady who is tagged as a strange human. The song also shows love in another way as both agreed to go against the parents wish and just follow their heart as it is believed that love should win.
I think this soundtrack came fits really well with what the movie is about as the major characters in the movie are tagged strange but they connected through music and gave the best show of all time which changed the view others have about them.
There's nothing more exciting than enjoying the soundtrack of a movie while seeing different scenes, it gives a better feeling and this movie remains a memorable one for me in that aspect.
