At times like these when I'm asked questions about my goals on Hive and how far I've gone, I'm reminded that it's been a great change for me from where I started up till now. There's nothing that's the same since I started blogging on Hive. Even up to my writing style and skill, significant changes have been made and it is more than something to be proud of.

I remember setting so many goals for myself, through the newbies initiative, my own personal Hive goals and some were unwritten, just to meet some certain level on Hive and I am proud to say that I achieved most of what I planned.
My plans when I first joined Hive...
Was no plans! I had none and I had just a delegation from the friend who introduced me to Hive, I had to work towards having my own HP and earn some money for myself. Starting off on Hive was not easy then but looking back now, I've been a really strong headed person to not have given up on my Hive account.
From 0 HP to 1800+ HP
It's been a year and some months already since I joined Hive and my mini and maxi Hive goals paid off for me even though not as much as for those who has been on Hive for the same time as I am. I can still remember how happy I was when I first got the badge of a minnow, I had to write a post about it because of how excited I was.
Today, I'm celebrating towards 2000 HP before the year ends and that is something to proud of. In the future, this would grow bigger and become a great asset for me, so I believe.
From 0 friends to 500+ friends
I don't always like to have this as a goal as I do think it isn't a goal you could decide when you should achieve it, but I do have it in mind that I have to grow my following if I want to strive on Hive and that prompted me to engaging which led to my loving engagement so much. I've been lagging behind for sometime now but it's on my mind to get back on track.
Having up to 500 friends was never in my short term plans but here I am celebrating towards having 600 friends in a short term goal. It is a significant growth for me.
From 0/25 reputation to 68 reputation
I have learnt that reputation isn't as important as I take it to be but I still find myself checking it up to know how fast or slow I'm growing it. At first, it was so fast to grow to a certain reputation but it got slower and slower and I thought it would be hard to achieve my plans. Well, it doesn't seem like I've been growing slowly whenever I look at my reputation today.
A reputation of 68 after a year and some months isn't a bad growth as all, and I'm aiming to get to 69 before the year ends... I know it's very achievable, that's what goals are supposed to be anyways.
From just a Hive user to a member and a Moderator
This isn't a goal plan for me on Hive but it added to my responsibilities as a Hive account holder. I had started with almost no one knowing I exist on the platform but thanks to engagement and involvement in contests, I've been able to show myself in a few communities on Hive.
I've become a member to two communities and a moderator in one community, that is a big achievement for me and I look forward to showing more of myself out there while I take care of my responsibilities as a member and Moderator to these communities.
There are a lot more goals I've achieved on Hive that I may fail to mention but a few more I'll like to mention vaguely are my Hive engine token staking goals, HBD savings goals and badges holding goals... They may sound little but they are a lot than when I first started and that is progress for me.
What are your hive goals and how far have you gone with them?
