I think I've had all my other goals set already and I just have my Hive Goals to set and begin the new year in good faith that I'll be able to achieve them all by God's grace. Setting goals are a way to keep in track with little or no procrastination as you do have a target to meet.

Thinking back to this year and how much I've achieved thanks to the last topic of the Hive learners edition, I realized that I could achieve even more in the coming year. With my achievements in mind, I'm going to set some achievable goals for my Hive account and the strategies I'll be using to achieve them.
Hive is one of the best thing that happened to me last two years but knowing more about Hive this year made me better... I plan to grow my account fast so I can support as much writers and projects as possible. This coming year is going to be another huge step for me towards that goal.
Become a Dolphin In Year 2023

I didn't take record of my Hive power early this year but I know for sure that it was below 1k HP but today, being the last day of Year 2022, I have been able to achieve 2900 HP which is an achievement to a recent goal I had set here and now, I will be stepping up my game for the new year although it is a realistic one too.
From 2900 HP to 6000 HP
And that means, I'll be aiming at getting a total of at least 3100 HP which means earning a minimum of 8.5 HP daily which I think is achievable if I should add the yearly badge from Hive buzz achievement to my goals (posting everyday of the week).
Curation rewards, delegation rewards, participating in contests and joining power up days would also help me get my goals achieved a bit easily.
Invest more in Year 2023

Ever since I found out about the potentials in the Hive engine, I've been busy buying and staking as many tokens as I could but I'll like to also step up my game for next year and own a lot of these tokens alongside my Hive power. These are just going to be my main focus but I may buy other coins alongside them.
I plan to have these tokens in the various amount by the end of next year with these strategies as well...
- Leo token - from 1k staked to 3k staked (Engaging in the community)
- Bro token - From 55 to 65 Bro (delegating and buying)
- Legion token - From 50 to 300 Legion (airdrop and buying)
- Dhedge coin - From 231 to 1000 Dhedge (buying)
- Dreem token - From 11000 to 12000 (Curate and engage in Dreemport).
Engage and post consistently in Year 2023

This might be the most challenging part as I plan to publish at least one post daily until the end of year 2023. Of course, not any kind of posts but quality ones and I know it requires more research, more efforts and photography to work on.
I plan to get a PC next year, one of my main target to make my Hive blogging even better. I'm hoping taking out money for it won't affect my goal plan but in any case, I'll be sure to work as much as I spend next year.
I plan to be in the top 20 of Hive engagement every week of next year, it may look easy but I know I'll be having a busy next year so I have to thread carefully with my goals so I don't feel bad for not achieving them.

I do not want to put in specific amount or set time for these goals but they are in my mind to achieve by the end of next year.
- Grow my reputation
- Have more followers
- Explore more communities
- Onboard more persons to Hive
It's certain these will grow while I'm trying to be consistent with my posts, engagement and growing my Hive power. So it's best I don't give specific numbers and as for the onboarding new members, I do not plan to rush it at all... I'll be sure to be a great guide for whoever shows interest to be part of Hive.
If there are any more goals to be added and achieved this year, I'll make sure to add them all in so I can refer to the post at the end of the year. I wish everyone would achieve his or her goals and we will all celebrate together at the end of the year.
