The Growth Mindset: My 2025 Hive Goals And Aspirations

I made a lot of achievements in the last year, including the one goal I didn't complete but whose progress was massive and made a good difference on my account. I've been consistent with setting goals and achieving them since I found Hive so I always make sure to join in the "setting goals" challenge when I see one. For the year 2025, we are going again and even stronger.

Before I go on about my newly set goals for the new year, I'd love to take a step back and applaud myself for the ones I've achieved and how well I've been doing with my Hive account highlighting my engagement and Hive power growth. It has never been easy keeping up but it gets easier as I always try to go over it again than when I started.

Thanks to the Hivecreators recap site, I was able to keep good track of how last year was for my Hive account. My goal last year included getting the yearly streak badge, daily power ups, growing my Hive to 20k and of course increasing engagement (comment) to increase followers with no figures in mind. I didn't meet my HP and daily power ups goal but I got the yearly badge and did good enough with my engagement.

With over 400 posts, 4758 comments and 521 power ups last year according to Hiverecap2024 info, I think I have the growth mindset needed to set and achieve new goals in this year. I'm actually a bit skeptical about how much better I'll do this year with my Hive goals as things could get really busy for me soon but it's not going to limit what I want to achieve, I'll just stay positive.

The yearly streak badge is a goal for this year too, I plan to publish a post every day of the week to gain weekly, monthly and over all, the yearly badges for this year 2024. Joining communities with good prompts regularly and sharing more about my personal experiences would help to a large extent in achieving this as it has been helping since two years ago of my activeness.

I went from 9k HP to 14k+ HP last year without big power ups and this year, I want to go from 14k to 25k HP. That's a 10k HP increase to report at the end of this year but with the coming activities I have in mind, I may need to do some power down although I hope it won't be much so I could get back on track and achieve this set goal.

Using 100% Hive Power Payout is the sure way of growing my Hive power faster and it would mean, I'll have no much liquid to cash out and use in taking care of some emergencies. It's why I'll have to do a one time power down to keep things going while I focus on increasing it back to my set goal. I'll also love to try out new communities especially the ones that would challenge my usual daily routine to change.

I'm positive about these goals for the new year but I won't force it too much when I can't keep up, I think a little growth is also a good sign for something great. In all, I'm happy I am part of those who can set goals and have testimonies of achieved goals. I'm very opened to more achievements, more engagement and to more overall growth both on Hive and in my life offline.
