Good evening everyone #hive friends, hopefully tonight will be a beautiful and fun night for all of us, of course stay healthy especially we are in a really chaotic condition like now, we all know that we are being hit by a big disaster, namely the covid pandemic 19. Once again, may we all be healthy and kept away from all diseases.
Well, no longer lingering with the problems we are facing now, let's take a moment to listen and read something that makes our mood good, because this is one of the things that is needed so that our immune system increases. Like my promise last night which will continue the story about the sale of rice harvest from my rice field. And this is the most beautiful and happiest part for me and for all farmers I think, because we can sell the results of our hard work so far and can enjoy it with family and loved ones.
The harvest that I got this time was considered less good or less satisfactory compared to the yields of the previous few years. The amount I got this year is less than last year. All of this is not without reason, the rice fields in my place this year were attacked by diseases or plant pests, so that we all got unsatisfactory harvests but this result is also not the worst, we are still grateful because we can still take the results.
Then, after all the sacks containing rice were transported ashore by the workers one by one, then I just had to call and wait for the seller so they could pick up and transport the sacks to their factory for weighing. These sacks of rice were also transported using tricycles or motorbikes that were specially designed to lift heavy goods and loads, how could the number of my rice sacks be delivered all at once. It's a really strong and powerful vehicle.
Arriving at the factory, the rice sacks are immediately lowered one by one and at the same time placed on a scale to be directly weighed. We still use manual scales so that the sacks can only be weighed as many as 6 sacks at a time, so that the scales give maximum results and do not error if the weight of the load exceeds the procedure. These scales are set directly and controlled by the buyer in a manual way where these scales consist of several units of weight which are then adjusted to the weight of the load. The results are recorded on paper so that later they can be added up and can be multiplied into the nominal in the form of money that we will receive as sellers.
The rice purchased by buyers from us sellers is not directly processed at the factory but is dried in the sun first in order to get quality rice. Usually the rice is dried in the sun near the factory to make it easier for the rice milling process to become rice. The product in the form of rice is then re-sold by the buyer, which is where they benefit, because the purchase price of rice is lower than the selling price of their rice in the market.
Those are several series or sequences of the rice field harvesting process, starting from cutting the rice, then the harvest is transported to the factory, and weighed for sale and then the rice is processed into rice.
