Hello Hivians, hope you are doing good and enjoying yourself wherever you are? Welcome to another interesting Week 24 Edition 2 of #hivelearners featured contest.
We all know that death is inevitable, everyone will taste death. We would all leave this world one day with nothing just like we came with nothing. So, it is very important to live a life worth emulation for the future generations. But what are those things we would like to leave for the future generations?
Lots of people think only wealth should be left behind, but to me there are other vital and tangible things that can compliment the resources which can make their lives easier and better.
Firstly, I would love to leave a legacy of good morals to the next generation. I want them to be responsible and respectful, when their positive morals grows, it would allow them to be able to help those in need without expecting anything in return. I really love them to live a selfless life filled with respect and responsibilities for themselves, family members and their neighbors.
Secondly, I would leave landed properties for them with a number of businesses that will generate additional income. I hope they find it useful and also give some to charities for the widows and orphans. We all know that money is important in life, so I know they really need it to live comfortably and for sustenance.
Also, I would advice them not to do drugs or have anything to do with alcohol. Excessive drinking and use of harmful drugs do deteriorate ones health.
The world is messed up, people in my generation has done lots of bad things which I will not want them to do. Alcohol and drugs has destroyed the lives of a lot of people, so I won't want any of them to be involved in it at all.
Been an alcohol drinker or drug abuser does not put an end to problems but add to it. It's only a healthy human being that can enjoy life and find solutions to problems. So I would love them to stay healthy to enjoy their life.
These and more are tangible things I would love to leave as a legacy for my next generation.
Thanks for visiting!
