When I remember the evolution of technology, I'm always happy because it has gone beyond human imaginations. I could remember back then when my dad was using a Philips phone; it's so big, like what I can't think of. But as time goes on, everything starts changing. My first ever phone was a Motorola; I used to call it the eyes of a frog because, honestly, that's how its face looks.
I could remember that I was the first person to use a camera phone in my house, and the name of the phone is called Bird. Everything keeps changing until we are here today.
My point is that technology has really gone far beyond anyone's imagination, and believe me, there are lots of things that technology has come to do for each and every one of us.
The innovation is massive; look at the equipment we are all using now. Unlike before, human labor is needed in each field, especially for farmers. Now technology has made everything so easy that we can even do more things by ourselves. I mean, there's absolutely nothing you need this technology for, and it won't provide it for us. It delivers 100 percent.
Just a few years ago, another good thing technology has done for us was the artificial intelligence that just came in to support us. Artificial intelligence is also needed in every field to do one or two things for us. The speed at which this artificial intelligence was designed is amazing. There's absolutely nothing it can do. Although we don't expect it to be human, it works like magic. This has helped work to be faster; in fact, students in schools use more artificial intelligence to do whatever they are doing in school now.
So the question is, has science gone too far?
Yes, science has really gone too far in some instances. Science is now competing with God; that is just how I'm going to put it. Well, I'm a believer, and I do believe that God exists.
Let us start with transgender people. There's this person that most of us know in my country and who just went to jail recently. Although he didn't go to jail because he changed his gender, my opinion is that why does science have to come into transgender? This has a negative impact on our lives. Imagine a man winning a woman's award because he's transgender.
Most people now use this opportunity to do whatever they want in society. Being the way we are will just be absolutely perfect. The God who created us as men or women knows why he did that. Inasmuch as we do not have any power over that, we should then stop doing what is not necessary.
Science has really gone too far; everything is now fake. Especially ladies, most of them are now fake. You can never trust what you see in a woman because it is fake. And this will affect them in their old age, if they are going to grow old anyway.
Not just that alone. I was on the net a few days ago, and I saw a trending video. That talks about how science is trying to bring the dead back to life. They had already built a machine that would freeze the human body, after which they had been dead for years, and try to bring them back.
Although they have not survived yet, they are still working on it. But that is definitely too extreme. Trying to freeze a dead body for so many years and bring it back to life! I've also read about another machine that kills people with joy. Common, who dares take a life? These are too expensive and too extreme.
Which field do I think science should do better in? I will definitely suggest the medical field. There are so many diseases that people are facing, and science doesn't look into them. For instance, there should be solutions for HIV and AIDS. And not just that alone; there are different things. They need to focus when it comes to humans. But not how to revive a dead man who has been dead for several years.
