As a kid, I always wanted to choose a single carrier in my life. In fact, the way in which I planned my life as a kid was so awesome that it looks like I've seen the future. Well, I believe I'm not the only one at this table. In fact, I have said I will get married at the age of 25 and give birth. Before I was 30 years old, my kids would have grown up with me.
Lols I never knew I was just fooling myself, and the world's self has another thing entirely for me. Believe me, I couldn't even talk about what I looked at when I was 25. I don't even remember a thing again.
All these happened because of what I was passing through; I couldn't achieve everything I planned to accomplish. And this will bring us to today's topic. If chosen, is a single career enough, or multiple careers? To my own best knowledge, there are some things you need to consider before you choose a career.
Firstly, there is nothing wrong with choosing one carrier or even two.
Your background: sometimes, before you choose a career, it is better to check your background to see if you can actually finish what you started. The second thing you need to consider is your country. Believe me, some people just want to be in one career, but then the country they find themselves in doesn't give them the chance.
In my country, there's only one way for you to choose a single career. Which is the fact that your parents are wealthy. If not, then you can't choose a single career.
We have seen in other countries that all they wish to do is go to school. That is the only career they choose. be well educated. Well, you cannot do that in my country because you will suffer a lot. You can only do that if your family is rich. If you come from a poor background, you should not say you want to choose a single career. or you want to go to school as your career.
As much as we love going to school, we have not seen it as a career. We only see it as a second option. Going to school will not give you any money at all. In fact, it will still collect money from your pocket.
I remembered my first higher institution, when I was studying economics. I had to study something else with it to balance the equation. While I divided my school into two, I was going to school and learning to be a phone engineer at the same time. When I finished school in 2016, I finished my work in 2017. So I collected my certificate in economics and my certificate in phone engineering hardware and software.
As if that wasn't enough, I realized that I needed to do better if I really wanted to do better in the future. I had to change my course at the university. Why did I do that? I knew I could use my N.C.E. certificate to work if need be. Moreso, I'm a sports lover, and I've got so much interest in martial arts. This can pave the way for me too. I switched to another career in 2018. In life, with what I am still doing, when I graduated in the year 2022, I'd already had more than three carriers. As we speak today, I'm into it all. If one doesn't pay, another will.
The fact is that I never wish to learn everything that comes my way, and it is not as if it doesn't have disadvantages. Of course it does. And one of the disadvantages is that you can't be good at everything. You will not compare someone with A in a particular career with someone with C in different fields.
But believe me, the advantages are greater than the disadvantages. And for once in my life. I never regret choosing so many careers.
My point is that you just have to know what is best for you. As a person, you have to decide what you want for yourself. But there are some situations that will make us choose different paths.
