Hello friends 🤗 welcome to my blog 😌 i wish each and everyone the best in our ramifications 🥰. Today i will be talking about the solutions to the prolonged usage of computer and phone.
We are in the era that both computer and phone can not be eradicated because they serves alot of purpose in our life 💯 some people use computer and phone for their daily bases work, the benefits of using computers and phones is in a long way but then there is nothing that have advantage that doesn't have disadvantage.
I love to stay on internet doing one or two things for hours both on my phone and my computer then i realized one day that anytime I'm done using it i always feel dizzy, I'm this kind of a person that notice things on time and yes i realized it was due to my too much of using my phone and laptop. In this case i told a friend of mine who is a nurse so she gave me some remedy to my prolonged usage of computer and phone.
1.Using computer for a long time can affect our eyes
2.If not choosing a good sitting position it can affect our back
3.it causes feeling dizzy
4.it can cause insomnia
1.To protect our eyes we need to follow these steps
Using of onions and locust bean :- when cooking using of onions and locust bean is one of the best thing that can protect our eyes, both Onion 🧅 and locust bean goes a long way in doing their best to help our eyes 👀 both of them contains vitamins that can help our eyes to grow well when we make use of them.
Taking vitamin C :- vitamin C also go along way in helping our eyes of we start talking them and yes there's no too much dosage of taking vitamin C well i will say as it is prescribed for you but the small yellow one does not have any dosage, so taking them regularly will help alot.
Eating balance diet:- we all know the usefulness of eating balance diet as it goes along way for both our health and eyes.
2.chosing a good sitting posture is very important:- yes we have to choose the best posture while sitting down because of we don't it will cause both back pain and it will affect our bones which can go along way to affect our life 💯.
3.RESTING:- moving further to resting, anytime we are tired using this gadget it's necessary for us to rest and sleep if need be as this will calm our nerves and reset our brains to work perfectly well.
4.turn on night lights when using a phone turning on night lights will dim the brightness 🔆 of the our phone and this well help our eyes not to get affected so anytime we are on phone it is important for us to turn it on

Taking note of our health is very important, our health is our wealth anytime we realize any pain or effects we need to seek the attention of the doctor and take precautions of what we are doing.
