For a while now I've been struggling with my laptop due to its low memory and other things.
So learning for me gets so tiring, I might be enjoying it at first, everything might be going smoothly but then all of a sudden the laptop start misbehaving again which makes me very tired and most times I just close the laptop and find other things to do.
Getting that type of opportunity will be a game changer so I'll definitely be jumping on it immediately.
Back to the CRM skill I'm going to learn. CRMs helps to keep business running as the name implies Customer Relationship Management it is used to keep business running by tracking leads to following up with customers and managing their buying journey, It is like the brain of the business. I've been hearing about CRM for a while now but then most of what I always hear about it sounds so complicated. The names of their software alone is another thing, they have softwares like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce and when I hear about it I just swipe away immediately.

I tried learning it online from a video tutorial on YouTube. The person just went on and on and on I wasn't really understanding I tried implementing everything I learnt on the laptop it was going fine then at some point the laptop couldn't continue, and to be honest I also didn't fully understand the video tutorial so I wasn't even sure if it was me or the laptop.
With the opportunity given to me I'll start learning immediately and I'll start by learning how to use HubSpot I'll take paid courses on every single thing even to the tiniest thing I'll also take the ones that have certifications both free and paid certifications.
After learning HubSpot I'll also play around with other tools like Zoho too, I'll seize that opportunity to be the best in CRM by watching and practicing all the time.
One thing I've come to noticed as a virtual assistant is that most clients expect you to know everything because you are an assistant, they expect that once they delegate something to you like this just go and do it, so for that reason I'll always have to learn new things everyday.
After learning the CRM skill then I'll search for other skill that can help me as a virtual assistant too.

I know that not every virtual assistant learns or take interest in CRM and trust me when I say it's because it's a bit complicated and scary.
And also one of those skills that makes clients see or perceive virtual assistant as a pro or someone that is very good is when they notice that you know how to use CRM software it is always more like you checked all their boxes.
If I want to be a top VA and also a very good one that they will have to keep me, having a CRM skill is one skill I know that will help me get there.
I look forward to having that type of opportunity
