The busyness of daily work brings about a time when we ourselves are on fire. Whether it's our love or aversion to work—whatever it is—if we don't take care of ourselves, that fire slowly sucks all the joy out of our lives. I myself have gone through that intense stress many times, when office work, lack of time and constant stress have overwhelmed me to utter exhaustion.
But this experience has taught me how important it is to take a break from work, to find some time for yourself. At the end of the day when I'm lost in fatigue and tension, I have a special way of regaining my peace of mind. I sometimes talk to my parents on video calls to relieve my tiredness of the day; Later when I come home, I talk to them directly. As a result I go into a lot of relaxation, I feel very light.

Sometimes, to overcome that fatigue and stress, I go out for walks, have tea, and chat with the colleges. In this way, the tiredness of the whole day, all the tension that was weighing on me, slowly subsided and I felt free. It's these little moments that give me a new zest for life, a renewed interest in work.
Finally, if we change our approach to work a little, we can find some peace and joy in the midst of our busyness. Taking time out for yourself in the middle of a busy work life, finding opportunities to do things you love, and maintaining the right balance—all play an important role in avoiding burnout at work. These experiences have taught me that if we treat work not just as a responsibility, but as a part of life, we can find sparks of joy in it that make our daily lives more meaningful.
