Hello everyone
It is the first batch of the Newbies Initiative edition for the year 2024 and we are glad to share the first topic of the initiative, which is Setting Goals on Hive for the Next 2months.
The video above contains a recap of the meeting we had yesterday on the first topic. We addressed how goals can be set and how to gain visibility on Hive.

Es la primera tanda de la edición de la Iniciativa Newbies para el año 2024 y nos complace compartir el primer tema de la iniciativa, que es Establecer objetivos en Hive para los próximos 2 meses.
El vídeo de arriba contiene un resumen de la reunión que tuvimos ayer sobre el primer tema. Hablamos de cómo establecer objetivos y de cómo ganar visibilidad en Hive.
NEWBIES TASKS
One of the reasons for setting goals is to develop a clear path, aim, and direction toward personal growth. This is why this task comes before every other task.
Here are some questions to answer to ensure you understand the topic of discussion:
- What is the importance of setting goals and why do you need to do them for this initiative?
What makes a goal SMART?
What are your goals as regards your Hive power, your followers, your engagement, your consistency, and any other goals as a newbie here on Hive?
Analyze the goals above; what makes them SMART GOALS?
What strategies do you want to put in place to achieve your goals?

Una de las razones para fijar objetivos es desarrollar un camino, un objetivo y una dirección claros hacia el crecimiento personal. Por eso esta tarea es la primera antes que cualquier otra.

Below are the members of the initiative and their various teams. Follow the following instructions for your task:
Make your thumbnail an original photo, and try out designing a thumbnail for your post using Canva.
Your post should not be less than 500 words.
Answer all questions...
Use the tags "#nbtask1" and "#newbie-tasks" as one of your first 5 tags.
Share your entry as a link to this post and tag your team leader.
Engage in the posts and threads of other authors.
The title of your first task should begin with "Newbies Task 1:" followed by any other creative title you choose for your post.
Note: The deadline for this task is May 18th.
