Hello Newbies! Welcome to another week's episode of the Newbie of the Week Initiative hosted by @weeklytops of the Leofinance community. This provides a medium to encourage newbies participating in the initiative to put effort into their weekly task posts as well as engage with other newbies in the initiative.

¡Hola novatos! Bienvenidos al episodio de otra semana de la Iniciativa del Novato de la Semana organizada por @weeklytops de la comunidad Leofinance. Este es un medio para animar a los novatos que participan en la iniciativa a esforzarse en sus tareas semanales, así como a interactuar con otros novatos en la iniciativa.
Enhorabuena a @nhaji01 por ganar el Novato de la Semana en el episodio de la semana pasada y ha sido beneficiario del 60% de la recompensa de este post.
WHAT IS NEWBIE OF THE WEEK ABOUT?
This means that every week, we would be selecting posts of 4 newbies participating in the Newbiees Initiative and are also actively engaged with other fellow newbies.
This way, newbies who put in their best efforts would be encouraged to keep doing so.
In summary:
- Four (4) posts of authors participating in the Newbies Initiative would be selected every week
- Winners would be selected via polls through the leo thread.
- Winner takes 60% of author rewards and 20% goes to weekly tops for Hive Marketing purposes.
- Weekly announcements would be made every Friday.
¿DE QUÉ TRATA EL NOVATO DE LA SEMANA?
Esto significa que cada semana seleccionaremos los mensajes de 4 novatos que participen en la Iniciativa Newbiees y que también participen activamente con otros compañeros novatos.
De esta forma, los novatos que se esfuercen al máximo se verán animados a seguir haciéndolo.
En resumen:
- Cada semana se seleccionarían cuatro (4) posts de autores participantes en la Iniciativa Newbies
- Los ganadores se seleccionarían mediante encuestas a través del leo thread
- El ganador se lleva el 60% de las recompensas de los autores y el 20% se destina a los tops semanales con fines de Hive Marketing
- Los anuncios semanales se harían cada viernes.
