Hello everyone, Welcome to the first task of the Newbies Initiative Second Edition 2022. The First task of the initiative covers the topic Setting Goals on Hive. This topic plays a paramount role in the growth of our newbies which is while we chose this topic.
In the video above, we had a meeting with the newbies of over these topic in which @starstrings01 discusses about how to set goals, and also answered their general Hive related questions.
Now, let's move to the tasks for the newbies have to answer for this topic:

Hola a todos, Bienvenidos a la primera tarea de la Iniciativa para Novatos Segunda Edición 2022. La primera tarea de la iniciativa cubre el tema Establecer metas en Hive. Este tema juega un papel primordial en el crecimiento de nuestros novatos, por lo que hemos elegido este tema.
En el vídeo de arriba, tuvimos una reunión con los novatos sobre este tema en el que @starstrings01 habla sobre cómo establecer objetivos, y también respondió a sus preguntas generales relacionadas con Hive.
Ahora, vamos a pasar a las tareas que los novatos tienen que responder para este tema:
NEWBIES INITIATIVE GOALS
One of the reason for setting goals is to develop a clear path, aim and direction towards personal growth. This is why this task comes first before every other task.
The importance of setting goals cannot be overemphasized and that is why we are beginning with it as the first task for the newbies initiative. It is good you set a clear path as a newbie so you can know what obstacles might be on your way and avoid them.
Now that you have identified the importance of goal setting, we will want you to give answers to the following questions;
What are the benefits of setting goals?
What are your goals as regards your Hive power, your followers, your engagement and your consistency and any other goals as a newbie here on Hive.
What are the strategies do you want to put in place to achieve your goals?
What do you think might hinder you from achieving your set goals?
OBJECTIVOS DE LA INICIATIVA DE LAS NOVEDADES
Una de las razones para establecer metas es desarrollar un camino claro, un objetivo y una dirección hacia el crecimiento personal. Por ello, esta tarea es la primera antes que cualquier otra.
Nunca se insistirá lo suficiente en la importancia de establecer objetivos y por eso empezamos con ella como primera tarea de la iniciativa para novatos. Es bueno que establezcas un camino claro como novato para que puedas saber qué obstáculos pueden estar en tu camino y evitarlos.
Ahora que has identificado la importancia de establecer objetivos, queremos que respondas a las siguientes preguntas;
¿Cuáles son los beneficios de establecer objetivos?
¿Cuáles son tus objetivos en cuanto a tu poder en Hive, tus seguidores, tu compromiso y tu consistencia y cualquier otro objetivo como novato aquí en Hive?
¿Cuáles son las estrategias que quieres poner en marcha para alcanzar tus objetivos?
¿Qué crees que puede dificultar la consecución de tus objetivos?
