Hi everyone! My best wishes to Hivers for good health and success.
This time I will give an opinion about physical money and crypto money, before getting to an in-depth discussion I want to explain about crypto money and physical money in my view.
What is physical money?
From various literacies and understandings, I conclude that physical money is a means of exchange for buying and selling which is real in nature authorized by the government and formed based on regulations or legislation.
So far, all countries still use physical money as legal tender. There are various legal means of exchange, some are in the form of coins, some are in the form of paper. The names of these currency instruments also vary and are of various types, the codes also vary, such as in my country the money code is Rp (IDR).
There is one thing that is interesting about physical money, physical money can be converted into digital money, for example, if we have physical money, we deposit it in the bank and we can use mobile banking applications to make transactions. Thus we no longer use physical money as a medium of exchange but use physical money that has been converted into digital money.
In fact, physical money that is converted to digital money must have real physical money. If we withdraw at the bank, or wherever we exchange, we can receive physical money. This is what is happening in the real world today.
What is crypto?
Now let's talk about cryto. In my view crypto is a digital currency that is used for digital transactions. However crypto is currently not a legal medium of exchange. There is no law that regulates crypto as a legal medium of exchange. (Views in My Country).
Very interesting about Crypto, as we know Crypto is stored in Blockchain with a certain code m, to get krypto we need a wallet to store it.
We don't get crypto physically, it's not physically real, it only exists in digital form (code). If you buy something with crypto you have to use a certain medium as a medium of exchange.
Housewives certainly will not be able to buy vegetables with crypto. Only some items can be purchased with crypto, for example buying digital assets, and even then not all places provide exchanges with crypto.
For me it is very cool because Crypto can be exchanged for money, so if you have crypto you can exchange it for money so that later the money can be used to buy vegetables and also buy cosmetics for housewives.
Now let's get into the discussion by answering the following questions.
How about you as a person? Do you prefer a digital form of money? Or do you prefer to use physical?
I will answer the following questions with a few points:
1. I like physical money as a medium of exchange in the real world.
In my daily life, I prefer to use physical money to make transactions, because physical money is very easy to use in transactions, for example when buying food, clothes, shoes, and so on. Crypto will be very difficult to make transactions or buy household items, especially at this time there are still many people who do not understand about crypto, what else is used for exchange in general.
2. I accept crypto.
Crypto is a form of technological advancement, it is impossible for me to deny or deny the presence of sophisticated technology, it just needs a suitable placement for exchange. In view, crypto can be used to buy and sell digital assets. Like buying shares and selling shares.
"Rejecting Crypto is like rejecting a science"
What needs to be understood is the procedure for using crypto and how to manage crypto digitally so that we don't get lost. Because currently crypto can be made by everyone and can be owned by everyone, because there are no binding regulations, it is feared that crypto can damage society in society.
I accept Crypto as a digital asset regulation tool only. However, it is possible that someday or in the future we will use Crypto as a legal medium of exchange in the real world.
That's my view on Crypto and Physical Money. Between the two is something extraordinary and we need to explore and learn.
All criticism and suggestions are welcome.
