My Mental Health And How I Survive |

The first and most important thing we should be asking ourselves here is what mental health is all about.
It is a delicate subject, but it is a reality for many of us, as it can be incredibly challenging to manage, especially when it feels like there’s no end in sight.
Mental health is something that often affects us all in one way or the other, and it’s important to take care of our mental wellbeing in order to live a happy and more healthy life.

Mental health can simply be referred to as the current state of our minds, wheather in an order or disorder manner. A disordered mind could cause distress and usually depression.
For years, I struggled with managing my mental health and it wasn't really easy because legend has it that mental stress is the hardest kind of stress a person could go through.
It all started when I realized that my constant feelings of anxiety and depression were more than just "bad days" or "moods." I took the step to acknowledge that my mental health needed attention and that I needed to do something about it.
It can be difficult to recognize when you're struggling with mental health issues. For me, it was a combination of feeling constantly overwhelmed, losing interest in things that once brought me joy, and struggling to keep up with my daily tasks and responsibilities.

If any of these sound familiar to you, it's essential to acknowledge that what you're feeling is not your fault, and it's okay to ask for help because you are not alone.
One of the most critical steps in managing mental health struggles is acknowledging them. Once you accept that you're not okay and that it's okay to ask for help, it becomes easier to take action.
My Technique Of Overcoming Mental Health |

Just like our physical health, our mental being also requires some special approaches to effectively perform on a regular basis. As someone who has struggled with mental health issues, I've learned the importance of practicing self-care techniques regularly.
Here are some of the ways I practice self-care:

I Do Early Morning Meditations Everyday: Meditation is a powerful tool to help calm my mind and reduce anxiety, as it allows me to focuse on my breath and being present in the moment.
I Learned To Become Obsessed With The Natural Things Of Life:** Spending time in nature is a great way to disconnect from technology and daily stressors. I take walks in nature whenever possible, which helps me feel grounded and at peace.
I Indulged More On My Hobby: This really works everytime, as I was engaging in something I love doing. It was very simple to do this, as I would just take out some good amount of time our of my many thoughts and play video games.
I usually feel so relaxed and energized each time I am engaging in an activity that gives me joy.I Tried To Eat Good Food: It's no longer a secret that eating a healthy, balanced diet is important for both physical and mental health. I prioritize nutritious meals and snacks to ensure that my body and mind are getting the nutrients they need.
Note: All this techniques were recommendations from a doctor friend of mine on how best to counter my mental stress, which was really a challenge to me at that time.
My Advise To Those Struggling With Mental Issues |

To me, I would say the key factor to overcoming mental stress is to always engage in physical activity Physical activity has always been an important part of my coping mechanisms when it comes to managing my mental health.

Exercise releases endorphins that can boost my mood and help alleviate anxiety and depression. The sense of accomplishment and empowerment that comes from physical activity can help counteract feelings of helplessness and hopelessness.
However, any type of exercise can be helpful, whether it's walking, yoga, dancing, or lifting weights. It's important to find an activity that feels enjoyable and sustainable, so that it becomes a regular part of your routine.
When I'm feeling particularly anxious or overwhelmed, I find that doing a quick, intense workout can be a great way to release some of that energy. On the other hand, when I'm feeling down and lack motivation, I try to be gentle with myself and do a low-intensity activity, such as a leisurely walk or some stretching.

Incorporating these self-care techniques into my daily routine has made a significant difference in my mental health.
