We all wish to stay healthy, stay in shape, and live to see the next generation. If possible, the next two, three or hopefully, four generations to come. Some people want what seem to be immortality for themselves and love ones, so that they can enjoy their time with loved ones.
However, in the presence of all these wishes. In the presence of all these imaginations, lyes ignorance. Ignorance to the major things that can aid long life in good shape. In some of our lives, the blissfulness of ignorance, is one that has no limits.
As most people know, there are two basic things to do in order to stay in shape. Good exercise and adequate diet control, are underrated things, but essential to keep fit.
There are numerous arguments about which is needed more than the other, to keep shape. Every body have their perspective, but then, mine is as follows.
The importance of exercise is numerous, as it helps, mainly, the cardiovascular system, and other systems of the body.
It is needed to burn calories, maintain proper blood flow, reduce stress levels, and other things, like muscle building.
Proper diet control on the other hand has its own positive effects, as it provides the body with the required nutrients, in good proportion. Not too many and not small. This in turn, avoid the excess storage of both subscutanous and visceral fat below the skin and under the abdominal and chest muscles.
Though, both proper exercise and adequate diet control, play a major part to keep a person in shape, doing just one of these will may not successfully make a person be in shape.
Both exercise and adequate diet control, are necessary to keep a person in shape.
Reasons?
Exercise, with improper nutrition control, is futile, because, when you burn those calories through exercise, and then, eat plenty, you will end up not only replenishing the burnt calorie, but you will also add more calories to the storage.
This is why you need to watch what you eat. Watch the substances that is into your mouth, because it has a way of adversely affecting your health in the nearest future.
Personally, I will advice both those that want to stay in shape and those that don't want to stay in shape, to eat only what you know. Before you eat something, make sure you know it's make-up, the ingredients it contains and how these ingredients can affect your health, both positively and negatively.
Though the importance of exercise and proper diet, is very sweet to listen to, still, some people can be very lazy to embark on the journey.
However, as sweet as it sounds, not every body is fit for exercise.
There are some certain disease conditions that contradicts exercise and diet control.
For diet, a malnourished person do not need dieting. The need to eat enough, so as to come to normal shape.
Speak of exercise, Health conditions like Unstable angina, resting systolic blood pressure of 200mmhg and resting diastolic blood pressure of 100mmhg, exercise intolerance, Unstable heart disease, and many others, contradicts exercise.
