The end of 2023 signifies the beginning of a new phase for me. A phase that will be filled with many challenges, scale throughs and many wins as well.
It was really a great year that fed me many loving and sorrowful lessons. All were learnt, put to practice and became a part of my every day life.
Though due to some inhibiting factors, the set goals of last year was not fully achieved, this year will be outstandingly different because i have been loaded with lessons from failed attempts and mistakes, experience from my environment and beyond and i have also been set free from many shackles holding me back.
Having plans for the new year is a very good way to start, because plans make works easier, well organized and smoothly achieved. With a well mapped out and planned goal, higher heights can be achieved in a blink of an eye.
With the knowledge of the importance of planning, making my new year resolutions have become a compulsory thing for me to do because I as well as everyone, wants to achieve a better, greater and more higher heights than I had previously.
One thing I had in my past year resolution was to stop the intake of toxic substances and lead a healthy physical lifestyle. This was accomplished and my health has been improved when rating with the illness-wellness continuum. This positive change however, has added to my motivation in becoming a better person both socially, financially as well as intellectually.
When talking about hive, I had no resolutions for last year as I became very serious with blogging not up to 8 months ago. So, I think it's high time to set my new year resolutions for this current year and make sure that I strictly follow and fulfill every plans for the year.
MY NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS
Hive has been a wonderful place for me and the one regret have is not being serious with blogging when I started hive. Currently, I understand the importance of blogging and I have grown to love it.
My new year resolutions with hive are as follows:
- Think of a way to add value to the hive Blockchain:
Undoubtedly, I have been serious with blogging which is adding value to the hive ecosystem. However, for me, feel that this is not enough. I want to look for a better way to add extreme value to both the newbies and my hive friends.
- Begin My Journey of block producing:
My hive dream is to become a block producer and add many more value to the hive ecosystem. though it comes with many financial sacrifices, I am willing to give any thing to make sure my dreams comes true.
- Look For a community where I belong or create one that people can share like minded posts:
Yes, I am a medical Student and I will really Love to share health related posts on hive to serve as a way of health educating the blockchain about diseases that leads to individual mortality and morbidity. However, I have not seen any community that can serve this purpose. The one for health is currently not functioning and I can not share these posts anywhere.
I'm still searching for such communities but if I don't find any, I would love to start a community that is exclusively for health talks, tips, and many more.
- Lastly, my personal growth in the platform:
My personal growth in this platform is one I want to secure with making lots of connection, and building my HP as well as my hive engine tokens. Though I'm currently facing a personal challenge that is inhibiting the growth of my HP, I hope it will soon be over and I will focus seriously in making in huge. I aim to get 2500HP before the year runs out. I know I can achieve this and more, however, I just hope inhibiting factors will not come my way.
For my engine tokens, I want to make sure they grow very well by buying promising tokens with my earned hive.
These are my resolutions with hive for this year, and I hope that I get strength to accomplish all of them.
WHAT IT WILL TAKE FOR ME TO GET HERE?
One thing I do in this platform that keeps me motivated is to search through other peoples wallet and see their account worth. Naturally, I'm a built contender and as such, I immediately feel a sense of competing with the account holder and surpassing them. I have used this method to surpassed some of my targets and I hope to surpass more targets.
Constant motivation as well as consistency and building my hive connections will help me get what I require this year. I hope to get out of my comfort zone, and get things right this year.
