Hello, everyone.
Welcome to my blog and another wonderful edition of the Hive Learners' featured post. We all have animals we admire and if given an options of which animal we wish to turn into, it'd be that particular animal.
A lot of people keep cats, dogs, and so many other animals as pets. I like dogs a lot, and I will love to have one as a pet some day, but that does not mean I would like to turn into a dog; if given the opportunity, I'd like to be a wolf.
Somebody might say, "But they are wild animals; that means I am a very wild person." No, I am not a wild person. I fell in love with the wolf after watching the movie Twilight. The size of the wolf, how the body moves when it's on the move (running), or trying to catch its prey—wolves are famous for their strength and loyalty to the pack.
Below are a few reasons why it is definitely a wolf and nothing else:
The wolf pack is a true definition of brotherhood; they look out for each other. They hunt together, feed on the prey together, and fight off predators together. Which is why they say the strength of a wolf is its pack, which is to say a lone wolf can cause little damage while the pack can wreak havoc.
Wolves move in packs not because they're lazy or lack strength to defend themselves when alone; they are believed to have a strong biting force and weigh about 110 to 175 pounds. They are very sensitive of their environment which helps keep them alive.
Wolves might be animals, but they can actually lay down their lives while fighting to protect the pups. The wolves value family. These days, even humans cannot put their lives on the line for the young ones, but wolves do that with pride, and the pack continues to grow in size.
Wolves are believed to have extraordinary sight; they can see far and better than humans can. The wolf's ability to see in the dark supersedes that of any other animal, and this is possible because of the extra layer in their eyes.
Wolves are known for not giving up easily; when in pursuit of a prey, they can cover up to 67 kilometers per hour. Until they have their prey, they hardly let it go.
Wolves are also known to have a keen sense of smell and hearing; this helps them survive as it keeps them alert and aware of everything happening in their surroundings. Wolves turn out to be one of the animals with the most sensitive ears and nose.
Wolves are believed to have so many features that help them survive the wild world; getting some of these features will actually help me overcome the challenges that come with living on Earth.
