I was a very stubborn child, when I was very small, my mum do tell me that, she was so frustrated and stressed out due to my reckless and stubborn behaviour as a kid.
She told me seriously that I have put her into a lot of troubles, like fighting in the preschool and Kindergartens, I broke my neighbour car wind shield, destroyed a lot of of electronic gadget in our house. I was predicted to be very stubborn, trouble Making and Reckless life style when I become an adult but they were all wrong, I grew up becoming the opposite of that. My mum keep saying that she doesn't believe the Man I actually grew up to be, but the truth is that My parents disciplined me well and made me a well mannered person in the society.
For me I believe a Complex Relationship Between a Child's Traits and Parenting.
The Role of Traits in Shaping Behavior
Research suggests that a child's traits, such as their temperament and personality, can influence their behavior, that means that truly as a child whatever your traits or temperament are can affect you when you grow up, but with external efforts like your parents, teachers and guidance you can actually become a better person.
Some children may be more prone to tantrums, just like me when I was very small, while others may be more easy-going. However, it is very essential to remember that traits are not destiny. With the right parenting approach and guidance, children can learn to manage their traits and develop positive behaviors.
Nobody should downplay the Power of Parenting.
The Bible said in the book of Proverbs 22 Vs 6: "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it"
This scripture from the holy book emphasize the importance of Parenting and guidance.
