Lying is bad, it is a sin according to my religion, I am a Christian and according to the scriptures and God instructions we are commanded to always speak the truth and never give into lying. But the truth is that sometimes it would be extremely difficult to tell the truth in some situations of life.
I have been in so many situations that I had to lie, I deeply regretted my actions but during that moment that caused me to lie, I wasn't thinking twice, I just proceeded with lying.

Although honesty is generally considered or known as a fundamental virtue but l there may be situations where lying seems like the most practical or compassionate solution. But is there ever a reasonable time to lie, or is there such a thing as a justifiable lie?

My school situations experiences:
During my first semester 200level, I was extremely broke, exhausted and stranded, I don't have money for feeding, some lectures handouts are meant to be bought in order to secure some vital marks, I called my parents trying to persuade them about the situation of things and how I have been living in school, I tried every possible best but to no avail, after some time I begin to think about another step to finally get my parents to send me some cash,
I reached out to some of my friends, they told me to pretend as if I very sick on the phone, that I have been enrolled to the hospital, after scheming our plan, we finally called my parents, telling them I am very sick and I have been admitted to the hospital, it wasn't even up to an hour my parents were we called, they sent a huge sum of money that I used to sort out my life as of that time. Taking this my situation out for example, I would have been in a huge problems but honestly that still doesn't justify us lyric.
I've seen firsthand how lying can damage relationships and erode trust. When we lie, we risk being discovered, and once trust is broken, it can be difficult to repair. I've also noticed that one lie often leads to another, creating a web of deceit that can be challenging to untangle.
One of my worker, recently broke my trust, I gave him some products to sell In the market, the price wasn't fix but I told him the last price of each of the product, to my surprise when the worker came back from work, his product were all sold, but the price he sold each and every one at the price I never instructed him to give,
I was so angry about the situation, after my Worker left for home, I called one of the customer about how much they purchased each one for, to my shock my worker has removed part from the money, My trust was broken.

We know quite well that Honesty is the best legacy but there are some time that lieing seems to be only solution.I recall a situation where a friend was going through a tough time, and I had to decide whether to tell them the truth about their partner's infidelity. In the end, I decided to wait until they were in a better place to handle the news. In this situation, lying or withholding the truth might have been necessary to protect my friend from harm or distress.
I've also been in situations where telling a white lie might be necessary to maintain a relationship or avoid conflict. For instance, telling a friend that their cooking is delicious when it's not might be done to avoid hurting their feelings and preserve the relationship.
