NEWBIES INITIATIVES|| PROJECT PHASE: TASK 9

Good day everyone, welcome to my blog, Merry Christmas and Happy New year in Advance. This is another wonderful week, and we are in the second to the last task on the newbies initiatives, The newbies initiative was founded by @starstrings01. My Fast progress on Hive this past Three months was due to Joining the Newbies Initiatives, Big Thanks to my team Lead, Mr Vickoly, Ms Nkem , Mr Just Favour, my fellow Newbies now turned padi and Old Bies hehe, person of Minister Wallay, Phyna, Cindy, Lizizoo, Meya, Aunty Tosin, Psalm, Freit and many more.

So far so good Everything that has a beginning must surely have a ending. We are gradually concluding the Newbies Initiative for this year, and i so much have mixed feelings, i so much love the Initiative, the new friends i made, my Guides and tutors,
Its felt just like graduating from the School. Or Just like when am leaving the NYSC camp ground after camping for 4weeks lol.

As usual we met on Sunday 17th of December on Our Weekly Discord Hangout. Mr Starstrings Started the meeting, He stressed that we are in the Project Phase, Where we write out what we can do to contribute to the progress of the Hive Blockchain, Mr Vickoly and Sweet Nkem later Joined the meeting, I gave a recap of what Mr Starstrings said in the Meeting to some of the People that didn't join the meeting on time. Other people were actively using the chat space, to ask questions, which was answered by Mr Starstrings during the course of the meeting.

We are in Task Nine. In this phase of the Newbies we are to: Write a project of What can be done to improve or Contribute of the progress of Hive
This project must be impactful and Effective in Fostering the Growth of Hive, Assisting the Newbies to Navigate through the Hive Blockchain.
My Team for this project consists of I and the Ever Vibrant and Brilliant @phyna , the Amazing @cindynancy.
After weeks of deliberation and brainstorming, we concluded on this Amazing Idea for our project.

The summary of the Project is Creating a Group (A discord Server, WhatsApp, Telegram, or a Community) The Aim of the group is give a detailed overview of each Community on Hive, How to get started on each and also Assign a guide or Mentor to Assist the Newbie**

These are the pointers and aims of the Group

The Group will contain A well detailed information about each Community on Hive (Like an Encyclopedia of Hive)
The Group will contain How to get started on each community, and Connections with people (Mentors or Tutors) that will guide the newbies
The Group will contain Videos, Audios and contents (From the Newbies Initiatives and some other Informative source)
There should be like a form of subscription to a Tutor or Mentors e.g paying like 2 hive or 0.5 hbd per month(This would be Optional and opened to further analysis: we are still very much thinking on how the tutors or Guide can be rewarded)
The group should be able to suggest or Refer or Assign Newbies to Community that likely suit their Preferences or Niches

How do we intend to get the information for all this community?

We intend to check each community and get vital information on how they work and to operate in accordance to the community guidelines.
We intend to reach out to admins, moderators and engagement team for each community in order to achieve our goals
Mentors and Tutor are gotten from the recommendation of the admin and Mod of each community or any volunteers from the Newbies alumni.
We target New intakes, so to reach them quickly, we aim to always be on the lookout for any Introduction posts on the Blockchain.

We believe this project can go a long way to help Anyone that just joined the Blockchain.
