This is my entry for newbies initiative week 4. The first meeting held we couldn't do much due to technical issues and there was no video recording. Also a backup class was coordinated which still did not yield any good result. Thanks to @ksam for providing a thorough breakdown of the topics, making it easy for newbies to understand. Now, let's move on to the questions of the week.

What are tribe tokens and give two examples each.
Essentially, tribe tokens are a type of reward given by authors to users who engage with their content using specific tags or keywords. These tokens are a way for authors to show appreciation for their audience's participation and engagement.
There are various categories of tags, and tribe tokens are a subset of these. Tribe tokens are unique in that they are rewarded by authors in addition to upvotes, making them a valuable incentive for users to participate in specific communities or discussions.
For example, the #neoxian tag rewards users with neoxag tokens, and sometimes even upvotes, for participating in posts related to the Neoxian community. Similarly, the #inleo, rewards users with LEO tokens and upvotes for engaging with content related to that community. Tribe tokens are a great way to build engagement and foster community growth on the platforms.
What is the difference between tags and tribe tokens?
"Often, communities require the use of their specific tags as the primary tags, typically providing the first two tags, and allowing the writer to add additional tags. This aligns with my tutor's definition of tags as keywords or assigned phrases. In contrast, tokens are rewards or appreciation given by authors for using specific tags in a post. A key difference is that tribe tokens can be added to a post without restrictions, whereas tags require careful consideration to avoid downvotes.

I watched the video provided by @ksam, which guided me through the buying and selling process using Bee Swap and Hive Engine. Using Keychain, I converted Hive to Swap.Hive and then swapped it for LEO tokens."
"Next, I navigated and accessed the market section, where I successfully completed my sell transaction, finalizing the process."
Or, in a more detailed and step-by-step manner:
