It is very important to workout sometimes, not because you see others doing it or anything whatsoever but because it helps the body to keep fit. Most people would rather prefer not to exercise because they believe it's another work on it's own, yes I quit believe that exercising is another work because you need all the energy and strength to do that.
Some will rather go to the gym to workout because they feel that going to the gym is the best way and only at the gym would they see a positive results in exercising. You can decide to go to the gym or stay at home to workout, whichever one you prefer is still good. Most people you see working out at home would have loved to do that at the gym but due to the funds attached, they either can't afford it or they were once going to the gym but along the line, they couldn't cope with the funds.
I also know of people who only workout just to keep fit not because they're fat or they have any health issues but because they find it as a daily routine each day while some workout because they feel chubby and as such they want to reduce in size. Most guys actually do it because they want to add more muscles to their body that's why you see most men with different body shapes and as such, girls tend to fall for them. I know good things when I see them and I also appreciate them because they have put in more effort towards that.
Few years back, I was very slim and I didn't see any reason I should be working out because I believed that it's only fat or chubby girls that works out but when I added body, I wanted the body size I had earlier so I decided to register for gym but I only did that for few months before I stopped and I started working out at home. With time, I saw it as something I love and I would always want to do that on a daily basis so I gave myself a routine each day just to keep fit. I decided to do at least 100-150 jumping jacks and 10-20 sit up every morning which I was consistent with it, even when I travelled to my aunt's house, I was still doing my routine not until the day I fell sick and I couldn't do that for few weeks. After recovering, I noticed I wasn't consistent anymore but I tried my best to do that whenever I remember 😂😂
It is very important to stay fit because it keeps the mind focus and the body active.
