EXERCISE AND IT'S BENEFITS TO THE BODY

Exercise has been the gateway for allot of health benefits and still is because as long as the human body is concerned, it will only function properly if the basic necessities require by the body are provided in adequate ratio of which exercise stands to be one among. One of the good ways of keeping the body fit apart from eating good food is exercise, as a result of exercise alot of people where liberated from diesease causative agents or the diesease itself. Exercise helps us to keep the body physically fit and to build a strong immune system which helps to fight against future dieseases.
Calories are burnt through exercise and a lot of other causative factors of dieseases, I really don't want to be chubby and the only route out of this is exercising myself and keeping myself fit. A lot of chubby people use drugs for this purpose of which there is a serious repercussions they might not know about.
Exercise is the easiest route to maintain a proper and hygienic body system.

I am a fan of football thou I play lesser than I use to but I take my morning jogging and push ups very serious and that is how I keep myself physical fit. I know how important exercising my body means to me therefore I don't joke with it. Sometimes I feel extremely lazy to wake up early in morning to go for my exercise, most times the problem is sleeping very late and having to wake up early in the morning for exercise. These are some of the challenges I face with my morning routine exercises, evenings are literally not also a free time for me because of the numerous activities I use to have in the evenings. I really love exercising myself because I am confident that is a very good way to maintain a good and healthy system. There are alot of benefits of exercising. Apart from being physically fit, exercise is use to destroy what can destroy the body if not destroyed. High blood pressure is caused by the accumulation of materials in the blood vessels called plagues which results to the blockage or restriction of blood flow around the body circulatory system, fats is one among the high contributors of this plague therefore exercise performs an important role in burning fats and minimising chances of blood pressure.
