I prefer Urban Areas to Rural Areas.

Hello gorgeous friends on hivelearners family. Welcome to another edition of Hivelearners featured post. I have been experiencing my stay in both Areas. My hometown is a core rural area. Rural and urban areas have their part of the story, good or bad. We all experienced rural and urban characteristics, I call it this way because it is the people who constitute or habitat both areas and without people's existence there would be no urban and rural areas. Everywhere would be void and formless.

In a normal sense, we all have choices of living in any of the areas. Both places are nice to occupy, but then.....

The fact is that city life is the sweetest, here there are many exposures to life and transformation in people's lives.

I could remember my stay in Portharcout, I left there as a top villager, but before I knew changes came in thought, vocabulary, my body structure and my complexion changed, I became more beautiful as I was before, my sense of dressing changed. That's how I knew that urban areas have it own influence (the people).

Another scenario, My younger brother, who is in another country, Left our village without knowing anythingin fact, people in my village thought my brother was going to be a wayward child. He left to Lagos, Nigeria, stayed there a year plus and learned fashion designing.

Thank God for him, he did it with passion and mastered it. Through this business, he had a connection with a fashion designer in another country, the gentleman asked him to come over that he will pay his way. He is now a CEO, he can speak very eloquently, he lives a boss life and a big drastic change.

What I'm I trying to say, Urban Areas carries more influence than the rural areas.

My family based in the rural area of Mbierebe Obio, in Ibesikpo Asutan Local Government Area, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. By the special Grace of God, I have lived with them from my childhood to my Senior Secondary School days. When I got admitted into tertiary institution, I left them to the campus and saw lights. Since then, I never returned again. I decided to stay with my new-found parents in the city of Uyo. My parents and my siblings are still in my hometown. I and my younger brother, enjoying ourselves in Urban Areas.

Why I prefer Urban Areas to Rural areas.

• Its influence:
  Urban Areas carries influential power to both small and big. Everything is classic,houses,rood construction and others.

• Power Supply:
  Here, in urban areas, there is enough power supply in my area. Unlike, rural areas that are experiencing outages of power supply.

• Mental Development:
  Here, mental Development would always be seen in our thoughts, actions, reactions, and responses to life situations.

• Water Supply:
  Water Supply is everywhere, both in Rural and Urban Areas.
