I attended Public school!

My siblings and I attended Public secondary school. By then, everything about the educational system went well. We could sit in the conducive environment and be well taught. Though they were some certain behavior that I didn't like and needed to be changed with immediate effect, but I couldn't do that with my power.
The teachers did their job massively and made it possible to deliver the best they can to the students.

My secondary school days at that time were enjoyable in terms of their teachings, school activities, modesty, and discipline. When I started secondary school, there was a high level of discipline, especially, punctuality, but now it is not so.

What I enjoyed

There were many privileges and opportunities for students who wanted to grow in their area of discipline, but I, personally, failed to see and to utilize them. Many of my classmates maximize those opportunities, and it worked for them academically, spiritually, materially and otherwise.

Throughout my secondary school days, I was very timid and fearful, I wasn't able to express myself in the public nor in the classroom.

The Aesthetic of the school environment:

The beauty of every environment attracts my attention. Many students attended my school just for the lust of the beauty, the environment carries. The school compound was decorated by the different colors of flowers.

The uniform color:

My secondary students used peach T-shirts on black skirts, but the school authorities later changed the black A cut skirts to black splitting skirts. Why? Our girls with doings na, showing the world what they have. It was funny that time, oh.

Some teachers were unique and committed:

Some of my teachers, staff were committed to their job, they made sure they carried out their responsibility by coming to the class early to teach.

working according to the rules:

In my secondary school days, students worked according to the rules set by the school authority, but not all.

Benefits of my schooling:

One of the benefits of my schooling was that I was exposed to the norms of schooling. I was also able to express myself in my JSS 3, because of one teacher who taught us Agriculture Science.
Another benefits were, how a young girl should take care of herself in the puberty stage.
Another benefit was the seminar the school authorities organized for all the students to express or demonstrate their skills or talents.

Changes should be made in these areas:

Shun of cultism: When I was in secondary school, in Senior Secondary School class I had plenty of cultist members who were in my class. There were days, they will come bottles to break in our store room, fights were rampant, shedding of innocent blood.
Therefore, changes must have been done in this area by now.

Quality and qualified teachers must teach our students that will bring tangible results.

My secondary school days were fun, and annoying sporadically.
