One of the things I enjoy doing is describing how lucky I am to have met Hive. It's always sweet whenever I am talking about how I have benefited on Hive with my friends and neighbours; one reason I do this is to bring them here to benefit too but most of them are not willing to do what it takes. Take for instance, last month, I intentionally shared a screenshot of my post where 'appreciator' came to upvote my post and left a reasonable amount on it, a colleague who was my course representative in school came to chat me up and told me to explain more about Hive to her. I did but it hurt me to see my effort wasted because up till now, she hasn't been doing anything here. I was shocked when she came to my DM telling me 'Hive is boring'. It was funny to me because this is a blockchain I have made my home and enjoy staying till I am tired.
Hive has been a blessing to many of us here. Though it's not easy, as long as you are willing to go the extra mile in putting effort and creativity into what you do, you will surely gain a lot. I have read many testimonies of how this blockchain has helped a lot of people, how it has saved many from being broke and how it has become a source of income for a lot of users. I have also seen how this blockchain has helped to build a lot of projects where communities are gifted boreholes, medical care etc. The wonders of Hive is unfathomable.
This blockchain is the reason why I was called "Yahoo girl" in my family all because of how comfortable I have been ever since I started earning on Hive. There are many things I wouldn't finish listing from what I have benefited from this lovely platform and still enjoying today.
So many times, I feel for those around me when they start sharing how broke they are financially, how much some of them earn monthly and when I try to calculate my earnings through hive.stats, I bless God for coming across this platform. Hive has created and will create wealth for a lot of users.
It's my joy seeing people I bring here succeeding because when you say you are making it and refuse to share updates with those around you, then I consider it to be selfish. I remember a guy telling me how I have been so selfish not to introduce him to Hive, yet, I keep enjoying it all alone. I couldn't say anything else because I couldn't believe he would say that. This was someone I had explained Hive to and what it entails, but told me he doesn't have the energy and cannot write less than 100 words. Someone like him wants the easiest way. There are even times I talked him through learning writing skills if that was what he wanted to start with because I got tired trying to make him know it is not a must to become a professional writer to start writing here.
I cannot count the number of people I have shared my experience with. At least @mercysugar will testify to this because she is one of those I talked about Hive to. I am glad she came and kept thanking me for bringing her here. There is another guy who signed up last month but kept giving excuses for not knowing how to continue. I had to use 1500 Neoxag to create an account for him when he was finding it hard to sign up. I kept telling him to always come to my DM whenever he is finding it confusing, he only wrote two posts and stopped. Every day, I make sure to check his blog but find nothing. This is why I get tired of explaining this blockchain to people because they aren't willing to do it, you will just waste your saliva and effort on them.
My family have enjoyed my earnings which I am glad to do because they are my blood. Aside from that, it's always my happiness and joy giving out my blessings to people around me. I love being generous and whatever I earn, it's to help others with it through my giving act. I believe in sharing my wins with people and that is what I do. I love initiating giveaways in the
form of Hive, Hbd and other tokens on Discord and WhatsApp, many times I boost others' posts with Ecency points too. Once in a while, I just throw a question on my status and those who get the correct answers take the win — this is all thanks to Hive for making it possible to host giveaways for people as it's my way of sharing what I have earned online.
Apart from this, I do what is in my capacity for people because I know the greatest achievement I have on Hive. There are people I don't even know, I mean those who didn't come to Hive through me that I have delegated Resource Credits to so they could also begin from somewhere. It's always my duty to delegate RC to those I bring onboard.
I don't withhold my earnings here at all because, of what use it is to get such a privilege and not share with those who do not have. I love helping people through my earnings and at the same time trying my best to keep sharing updates with those offline so they could come if interested.
