ALWAYS EMBRACING YOUR BODY POSTURE
We live in a funny world today how people look at themselves and do not feel comfortable with the way they look. A gross man complains of being too fat and he seeks solutions to reducing and burning calories(fat) from the body system.
A slim man also complains that he doesn't need an x-ray device to know how his bones are.
We all want to be in the middle of these situation cases that is being fat but not too fat and also not being fat but not slim.
I think we are all making mistakes by this thinking and we should focus on is how we could keep fit rather than our body sizes. Yes you can be slim and still keep fit or chubby but still be fit. If you are chubby or fat, when you try to keep fit that is when your body gradually takes the form and shape that you desired for.
Back in my primary school days i was always a skinny kind of child so skinny that i could even pass through some horizontal bar gates and fences without using the actual entrance or passage. There you can guess how slim i was. When i advanced in age, i began having this body shaming attitude towards myself as everyone was at least fat and i was about the same size of a needle.
I thought to myself, how do people get fat and i figured out that most people that are fat do eat alot of food a d i assumed that eating maybe 4 to 5 times a day was a genuine way to get fat but, despite all the bowl of rice that i was able to consume at home, it didn't even add a single tissue to my flesh so what is wrong?.
Well i didn't have the energy to fight this battle because i understood that God created us we didn't create ourselves but the only thing we could do is to build on what God has already created. By this i started engaging in some exercise and work out trainings, i do various kinds of sit ups and pull ups, jogging and even weight lifting. Just ate normal food and went about my normal life while taking some serious workouts and training.
Everyday i return back from the gym or workout, i always feel an improvement on myself... Definitely having some swollen muscles that permitted my body to naturally expand like i was being inflated.
This is when i understood the philosophy behind the human body that food doesn't really give you that shape or posture you're looking for but a good fitness and workout training would.
Overall, it is very important to embrace yourself for who you are, eat normal and feel happy. Don't be ashamed of your body or posture.
Food doesn't make you fat, and if you feel you are getting fat then engage in some exercises that would blend your body and postures together.
