I remember back in my secondary school days, it was always fun to be in the Physical Education class because you get to have so much fun while learning. The fun never distracts your attention from learning because there's always a demonstration for each part of the topic being taught. I still remember the name of my PH teacher then, Mr Solomon, tall and a bit fair in complexion; it was obvious that he was good at teaching Physical Health and Education (that's what it was called back then)
THE ACTIVITIES
The class scheduled for Physical Education class was always 2 periods and each period lasts 40mins; (that's 1 hour:20mins in total)
The first period of the class is used for teaching, learning and discussing a topic. The next period is used for demonstrations and that's where the real fun is

We go out of the class to the school field, girls and boys queue separately according to class. The first exercise is to stretch out our arms towards the person standing in front, then, stretch out our legs a little bit apart.
The main event on the field depends on the topic taught in class.
The Topics I Can't Forget
They are the ones that require more energy/vibe
Taekwondo
Judo
Wrestling
Karate
Boxing
Kick boxing
Jujutsu
It's a normal thing for boys to love this kind of topics because it always interest us one way or the other. Back then, I loved Taekwondo because of the way you hold/grip your opponent and with the leg you make them fall like a pack of card. But our teacher do watch us closely else, we turn it to something else😅😅.
I remembered that we almost tore our legs apart during kick-boxing exercise just because we wanted to kick our opponents head😂. We had little pain after the exercise but it didn't last long at all.
Physical Education class was always fun and the type we didn't want to miss (except when we forget to do our assignments); I could remember 2 scenarios where the whole class forgot that we were given assignment in the previous class. Our teacher, Mr Solomon didn't let it slide, he punished us.
There were other interesting topics like, the human body, the muscles, food(balanced diet), etc.
Physical Education should never be a missing subject in any school, because it is like not having any fun in the school
