We all have our individual meaning of what a perfect day is to us. Perfect day for some of us is going out to spend, been treated, having fun, not going out, having a break from work, etc.
A perfect day for me is a day that is without stress and very productive. One best way I try to have a perfect day is by waking up very early, say my prayers and read the bible. Then, I think about things I must do and can't escape; stuffs like that come first and I try my best to finish them quickly.
Hive is one of my priorities everyday. It's either I am engaging or writing to publish or doing both. I try not to miss anyday because Hive is where I earn money and also get this feeling of been a little bit close to some people here though we are distance away from each other. I can say I have friends here on hive and once a while would decide to read their posts and leave meaningful comments; to me, that's a way of checking up on them. I can no longer do a away with Hive because it's part of me.
Having a good meal is also another factor that contributes to my perfect day. I like food and I love cooking. I prefer to cook as long as I have time and can get the ingredients needed for the food. I just find cooking interesting.
Staying around friends and having fun is one factor I consider before calling a day perfect. It could be my friends in the hostel or I go out to visit other friends in their hostels. But the most fun is when when we gather together in someone hostel to have fun. I often do this with my guys, we suggest the food to eat. One of us usually drop the higest money while I do the cooking ( that's my part😎). We eat, talk and whine till we are tired. We see a movie together too. Most of our talk are usually around careers, family, church, music, education and tech.
Playing music is also a another thing that make up a perfect day for me. I play the bass guitar. Having my personal rehearsal or rehearsing with my guys or having rehearsal in church is something I don't get tired of as long as the rehearsal is going well.
Other factors that make up a perfect day for me is good supply of electricity, data subscription and movie. For now, I don't think I can really have a productive or happy day without any of these three. Presently, my hostel is disconnected from power supply because some guys have refused to pay up their debt; it's been a week now. Thank God a very good friend of mine gifted me a power bank last month which is sustaining my online presence at the moment. I always make sure to have movies to watch on my phone because of boredom, to ease of stress or to distract my mind from worrying.
These few things makes my day perfect. And as long as those around me are doing fine too then I am having a perfect day
