I am going to share recipe of Boal fish. This fish is everybody's favorite in our society. Many different vegetables are usually used to go with Boal and they all taste good. I have paid my undivided attention to bring the perfection.Here I serve my Boal fish curry hope you find it tasty.

| Brinjal | 2piece |
| Chilli | 4pieces |
| Chilli powder | 1tea spoon |
| Garlic pest | 1tea spoon |
| Ginger pest | 1tea spoon |
| Turmeric powder | 1/2tea spoon |
| Cumin powder | 1/2tea spoon |
| onion | 1/2cup |
| Tomato | piece |
| Oil | accordingly |
| Salt | accordingly |
| Coriander leaf | accordingly |

First I put a pan in the oven and when it is hot I put oil inside it. When the oil is hot, fry the chopped onion and brown with the chillies, Inside it, add onion pest, ginger pest and garlic pest, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt. When it is cooked, I shake it a little more and give the chopped tomatoes in with the fish.

*I mixed the fish with spices and took some time with a little water. When the fish is cooked, I put it in a bowl. Then I put the potatoes and eggplants inside the spice with some hot water for some more time to cook the vegetables.

Then I put the fish inside the vegetables. I shook the fish a little and gave it water to cook the fish. Then the water decreased a little and I put cumin powder and coriander leaves inside it. I turned off the stove and it was cooked.
At this point I poured my food into a bowl and served hot.
