Hello, hive bloggers and friends! I hope you're all having a wonderful time. As the title suggests, my hive goals for the next three months will be documented here, and I'll explain how I plan to archive them over the following three months.
Setting goals is crucial, especially when you really want to archive something, because it will help you focus, and writing them down will serve as a reminder because you can always go back to where you wrote them, and by doing so on a regular basis, you will have a strong determination to archive those goals.
Before I begin, I'd like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire newbies-hive community, as well as the hivelearners community and all other individuals who have contributed to the success of this initiative program.
So now I'm getting down to business, which is establishing my hive goals for the next three months as part of the newbies initiative program.
What are your Hive goals by the End of the Initiative (In 3 months) in terms of Hive Power, followers, comments & engagements and any other Hive related goals you have in mind?
How do you plan to achieve them?
What challenges do you think you may likely face trying to attain these goals?
In terms of hive power, my objectives is to reach 200 hp
I had 79 hive power at the time of writing this post, and my objective for the following three months is to gain more 200 hp making it 279 hp. And I intend to archive this goal by consistently writing good and quality posts every day, by joining different communities and participating in their contests, which will provide me with a variety of topics to write about and hopefully get curated on my posts to achieve this goal, and by powering up my hive.
In terms of gaining more followers, my objectives is to gain 50 more followers which when added to my previous 24 followers would be making it a total of 74 followers.
How am I going to keep track of these objectives?
I hope to archive this goal by engaging with other authors because I've noticed that engagement is the key to success here on hive, and just engaging with other authors in the last few weeks has gotten me more 5 followers, and by also creating quality content that will entice people to visit my blog frequently, I believe that my followers will drastically increase, and by my engagement, it will also help me archive another of my goals, which is to make new friends.
In terms of my reputation, my objectives is to reach 60
I currently have 56 Reputation and plan to reach 60 in the next three months. I can archive this as well by constantly creating post and getting upvote on my post.
The challenges I might face in the process of archiving this goal are as follows:

Factors of time
As a student, I may not have the time to write a post every day owing to academic obligations, as my concentration would be divided between school and producing posts, as well as my personal life, which may be stressful, so this is one difficulty that could have a significant impact on me.
electricity supply
Due to insufficient power supply in my neighborhood, one of the biggest challenges I'll face is power supply, but I plan to overcome this by purchasing a power bank that will allow me to charge my phone whenever my battery runs low.
