On this occasion, I am back to enliven the weekly featured contest held by the Hive Learners community, surely we are all already familiar with this very interesting contest because it discusses something new in each edition. In the first issue of Sunday 26 this time we will discuss about Anger. We all must have felt angry about something because it is something that is natural for everyone.
Anger is something we do to vent our dissatisfaction with something or something wrong that provokes our anger. In my opinion, this is a natural thing, because everyone has their own way of expressing their dissatisfaction with something, as long as this method does not harm others or themselves. Too much anger is not good and very detrimental.
However, if we can control the anger that we feel is a very good thing because very rarely people can hold back anger because anger usually comes suddenly when we are disturbed or when we feel hatred for something that can disturb us. A good person is a person who is able to contain their anger because Anger is something that is not good.
Excessive acts of anger can make things worse, it's better for us to find a solution rather than venting the anger. When there is a conflict, it is better for us to avoid it because sometimes it is very, very difficult for us to hold back anger when a conflict occurs.
I think anger can be one of the things that can bring about change if it is done properly, not selfishly and condescendingly because excessive anger only has a negative effect, for example, fights and conflicts between family or friends can be a source of anger. We can express anger as long as it is not too excessive so that it has a bad effect. Sometimes anger can warn others to be better and not make mistakes as long as it is done right and not to demean it.
When we feel anger we must be able to think clearly whether anger is necessary or not, if anger only worsens the situation as much as possible we avoid it, it is better to find solutions that can improve the situation.
