The flagship contest held by the Hive Learners community has been opened again, now it has entered on Sunday 15 edition 3, many members have participated and I am also very enthusiastic to take part. This contest discusses the proudest achievements we have ever experienced. Certainly a very interesting discussion for me to share my story with all my friends.
Achievement is something that we are very proud of, especially ourselves. Family and people around us must be proud of the achievements we get. Achievements don't just come without effort, that's why the results of these achievements make everyone feel happy because the efforts we make give very satisfying results.
The achievement that I will tell you about is the achievement I got when I was still in school. So at that time many competitions would be held at the sub-district level in my area. All schools in my area at that time had to send their representatives to take part in competitions held in the sub-district. At that time I was appointed by the school to be a representative in the Mathematics competition, because I was one of the students who excelled in the field of mathematics. At that time I had doubts and felt less confident because the sub-district level competition would certainly have many outstanding students from other schools participating in the competition. A lot of support came to me, especially from my parents, they really encouraged me to take part in the competition. Finally got up the courage and agreed to be the representative of my school in the competition.
The competition that I am participating in will be held next week, so in a week I have to study and the math teacher at my school gives me special lessons and gives me some test questions so that I can better master the material that will be given.
The long awaited day has arrived and I went to the competition venue at one of the schools in my area. We who participated in the race between the cars to the place of the race. The competition that I participated in took a long time to take an hour and a half, at that time I took out all the abilities I had. As my teacher taught me at school I was required to answer the easy questions first in order to save time on the more difficult questions and take time to do them. When the time was up I had done all the questions given even though there were some questions that I forced at the end because there wasn't enough time to find the results so I guessed the answer who knows if something was right instead of just leaving it blank I'd better fill it that's what I thought at the time .
When all the competitions for the day were over, my friends and I went home and we were all treated to a delicious meal by our teacher. At that time we were all very happy and enjoyed the food provided by our teacher. and it's one of the nicest moments of being able to eat good food for free.
Long story short, the results of the competition will be announced and all of us who participated in the competition will be brought back to the school where the competition was held. There were several series of events until the results of the competition were announced. At that time I did not expect much and gave up whatever results I got, the most important thing was that I gave my best. When the results of the competition that I participated in were announced, I got the second place and we the winners from the first to third place winners were called to the stage because prizes and trophies would be given as a sign of champion. At that time I was very happy and a little bit in disbelief that I could get second place. I was very grateful at that time, even though I only won second place, but it was very proud of my school because of the many schools in our sub-district, I got second place.
My friends at school and my family also feel proud of me for being able to get second place. At that time I felt very happy because I could make the people around me proud.
From that experience what I remember the most is not to think too much about the results we get and don't be afraid to try, we just need to give the best we have, let the results be a surprise at the end, the most important thing is that we did the best we could.
