A few days ago I went for a walk with my family to visit a stall which is very popular among all circles, teenagers, children and adults often talk about this shop.
To get rid of my curiosity, I and my family came to see firsthand what makes this warung so popular in North Aceh, dinibong to be precise.
When I got there, I saw with my own eyes that this shop was a shop that provides Rujak, as soon as we mentioned the name of the food that was processed from various types of fresh fruit.
Coincidentally, our family are Rujak lovers, so we ordered rujak which we didn't know how it tasted, while waiting for the rujak to be made, I asked the shop owner's permission to take some pictures.
This stall looks very simple, roofed with thatch leaves and the shape of the shop is also not too big, but comfortable to live in with family, in this simple shop I saw a middle-aged man who when I asked his name he said his name was Hamid and he was 51 years old, interrupted In between busy serving buyers, I took the time to ask a lot of things about the shop.
From our conversation, I found out that this shop was built in 1990, that means the age of the shop is one year younger than my age, what's interesting is that Mr. Hamid is unable to serve buyers who come from various regions to buy this salad, even in one day Mr. Hamid spend up to 300 kg of fruit.
I saw lots of fresh fruit placed on the table, and many orders from residents who ordered online were ready to be packed.
This salad consists of several types, there are sweet salad, spicy salad, uleg salad, and fresh fruit salad.
Finally, the salad order that we ordered was ready to be served and our family tasted this rujak, it turned out to be incredibly delicious, different from the others, of all the rujak that I ate this was the most delicious.
According to Mr. Hamid, what makes his rujak so popular is because the rujak seasoning is made directly with various spices and also the fruits used are fresh and specially selected fruits that have the best quality.
