Hello friends and community, today we are discussing a topic that will lead us to reflect deeply on our human condition and how we deal with and interact with others.
We have all suffered injustice in our lives, we have suffered discrimination in one way or another, we have felt left out in some situation in our lives.
Human beings are complex, full of virtues but also many negative aspects. This is part of everyone, although some do not have this situation as pronounced. Nowadays, our society is more attentive to reporting many injustices and stigmas that seriously harm other people. Often, our reactions and our inappropriate behavior towards someone influence that person or people in a very negative way, affecting them mainly on a psychological and emotional level. Although there is an increasing call to report these situations, and discriminatory situations of whatever origin are already punished by law and viewed with great attention by society, this is the case in my country, where in recent times there has been an increase in attention to try to minimize this inappropriate behavior of some people towards others.
This has happened to me, even due to illness, unfortunately in an accident I had at work I was left with physical problems, which will affect me for the rest of my life. Although I can do my daily tasks and work, but with some physical restrictions, this led to certain work colleagues making fun of me, who even bullied me, and the best way I could was to report it, and from one moment to the next the situation improved. We already know that it is often not easy to face these problems, especially for those who suffer from them, but we must not hide, we must take measures and report them, seeking help, because as human beings, we must be treated with respect and dignity, no one is better than anyone else, we are all equal with our differences, which makes this world a complex but at the same time wonderful place to live in society.
We must commit ourselves to the culture of awareness and we must base our daily conduct on good principles, because changing what is wrong depends on each one of us reflecting on ourselves and improving ourselves as a person and as a human being every day. Silence is never and never can be a solution. Living in silence and isolating ourselves only makes us sink deeper. That is why we must have an active voice in solving these problems and always keep in mind that we should not be afraid or ashamed to ask for help. Those who should be ashamed are the people who, through their wrong behavior and their stigmas towards others, cause other people to suffer because of their attitudes. That is why we must face this real problem head on, always looking for solutions to deal with it. And that depends on all of us, because we must also be alert and intervene if we witness situations of this type in front of other people. We must take an active part in solving these problems and be better human beings.

Olá amigos e comunidade hoje um tema que nos leva a uma reflexão aprofundada sobre a nossa condição humana, e como lidamos e interagimos com os outros.
Todos nós na nossa vida já sofremos injustiças, já sofremos de uma forma ou de outra descriminação, já nos sentimos postos de parte nalguma situação da nossa vida.
O ser humano é um ser humano complexo, cheio de virtudes mas também de muitos pontos negativos, isto faz parte de todos, apesar de uns não ter essa situação tão acentuada.
Hoje em dia a nossa sociedade já está mais atenta para denunciar muitas injustiças e muitos estigmas que prejudicam gravemente outras pessoas, muitas das vezes a nossa reação e os nossos comportamentos menos adequados perante alguém influencia essa ou essas pessoas de uma forma bastante negativa, afetando essa pessoa principalmente a nível psicológico e emocional, apesar de cada vez haver mais o apelo a denunciar estas situações, e de situações descriminatórias sejam de que origem for, serem já punidas por lei, e vistas com muita atenção por parte da sociedade, é o caso do meu pais onde existe nos últimos tempos um reforço de atenção para tentar minimizar estes comportamentos menos adequados de umas pessoas perante outras.
Eu já me aconteceu, mesmo por motivos de doença infelizmente num acidente que tive no trabalho fiquei com problemas físicos, que me vão afetar até ao resto da vida, apesar de eu conseguir fazer as minhas tarefas diárias e trabalhar, mas com algumas restrições físicas, isso levou a que certos colegas de trabalho gozassem comigo, que fizeram mesmo algum bullying, e a melhor forma que tive foi denunciar, e de um momento para o outro a situação melhorou.
Já sabemos que muitas das vezes não é fácil enfrentar estes problemas, principalmente para quem sofre com eles, mas não devemos esconder, devemos tomar medidas e denunciar procurando ajuda, porque como seres humanos, devemos ser tratados com respeito e com dignidade, ninguém é melhor do que ninguém, todos somos iguais com as nossas diferenças o que torna este mundo um sitio complexo mas ao mesmo tempo maravilhoso para vivermos em sociedade.
Devemos nos empenhar na cultura da consciencialização e devemos pautar a nossa conduta diária por bons princípios, porque mudarmos o que está mal depende de cada um de nós fazer uma auto reflexão e todos os dias melhorar como pessoa e como ser humano.
O silêncio nunca é nem nunca poderá ser uma solução, vivermos no silencio e nos isolarmos, só estamos a afundar mais, por isso devemos ter uma voz ativa, na resolução destes problemas, e ter sempre em mente que não devemos ter medo, ou vergonha de pedir ajuda, quem deve de ter vergonha são as pessoas que através dos seus comportamentos errados e dos seus estigmas perante os outros fazem com que outras pessoas sofram devido as suas atitudes, por isso devemos encarra este problema real de frente procurando sempre soluções para lidar com o mesmo, e isso depende de todos nós, porque também devemos estar atentos e intervir se assistirmos a situações deste tipo perante outras pessoas, devemos tomar parte ativa na resolução destes problemas e sermos melhores seres humanos.
