Hoje em dia este tema do comércio é bastante atual, hoje nos nossos dias qualquer pessoa pode ser um trader, muitas das vezes temos produtos que já não queremos e colocamos a venda principalmente online. Eu a minha experiência mais desagradável foi online num site que vende quase tudo mais barato, onde os produtos expostos nos entram nos olhos, com bonitas fotografias do produto, e ao pé do mesmo colocam o desconto, fazendo que leve o consumidor a ficar interessado e muitas das vezes a avançar com a compra.
Eu assim o fins queria comprar roupa nova fui ao site registrei-me e comprei diversas t shirts, calças e mais um ou outro artigo, depois fiz o pagamento e aguardei com expectativa cerca de três dias até a entrega da encomenda até que a mesma chegou a casa bem embrulhada em papel e dentro do papel em proteções de plástico e ao verificar o produto, o mesmo não correspondia ao que queria, principalmente as cores, eram esquisitas. a qualidade do tecido era muito fraca quase parecia plástico e quando usei alguma dessa roupa até me criou uma alergia na pele com comichão tive de deixar essa roupa e deitei a fora, nem para dar servia já que não gosto de oferecer coisas que não prestam.
Algo que me surpreendeu num comerciante, foi quando eu vou ao mercado comprar geralmente plantas para colocar na minha pequena horta , o senhor que vende as plantas oferece-me sempre mais três ou quatro sempre com um bom sorriso na cara, e ainda diz que se algumas não vingarem e morrerem para lhe dizer que ele oferece outras plantas para que eu não fique em prejuízo, estas são pessoas simples mas de um coração enorme que gostam de ver os seus clientes satisfeitos, e assim eles também ficam felizes em vender um produto de qualidade e o feedback ser bom.
Podemos resumir o mercado em diversas variáveis, mas acima de tudo devemos ter a preocupação de sabermos a quem compramos, termos cautela, e não comprarmos por impulso, mas sim com calma, e de consciência sabendo que realmente é aquele ou aqueles produtos que queremos, acima de tudo temos antes de comprar ter confiança em quem vende, devemos procurar informação acerca do vendedor, dos produtos que vende, e se existem comentários positivos ou negativos dos outros clientes, essa é sempre uma boa base para podermos decidir e fazer uma boa compra, e no fim devemos também dar o nosso feedback as outras pessoas ajudando a que as mesmas quando forem comprar algo também possam ter a melhor informação para decidirem.
