Cheating is very common these days, maybe because we do not have fear of God or fear of anyone and people are losing their inner sense for what is right or wrong, which guides their actions and decisions. There are different kinds of cheating, most of the cases of cheating are in relationships. I don’t know why people cheat in relationships, they should be straight forward in any relation and if they don’t wanna carry forward, just be straight forward and face the consequences. Well, I think I am saying all this because I never experienced such thing in my whole life. The one who do cheats in relationship knows the reason of it very well, as I have seen in movies, maybe they enjoy and get pleasure in cheating with different people.
Honestly speaking, I still don’t know the main reason behind cheating in a relationship. In exams, students do cheating to get good marks, scammers do cheat many people to earn lots of money. Shopkeepers and many other people usually involve in cheating in order to earn illegal or unlawful money. We can clearly see the motive and focus of those cheaters except the ones who cheats in relationship. I was never in a relationship so maybe I don’t know that feeling or have any experience of get cheated of anyone in a relationship.
Recently, my friend pushed me hard and insisted to invest in one App which earns you money. I had a detailed discussion with him and I knew it was all fake but later, I got convinced and invested in that App. Within a month or so, the whole team of that App company just vanished and took all the money which was invested in their App. I was already mentally prepared for such act however, my friend lost a lot of money in that investment plan. I lost my hard earned money too. It was very painful when you lose your hard earned money but I blame myself more for my decision. My friend then tried to return my lost money to me because he was feeling guilty that I invested because of him but I didn’t took it from him. It was a lesson for both of us. I knew it but still got trapped in their cheating App.
I have been cheated off a lots of time in markets, this is also one of the common thing for many people. I would like to share one of my silly case where I bought a wireless Bluetooth speaker for my Mother. I bought it from local market, it was in a reasonable price. I was so happy when I came home. But things gets changed very quickly, in an hour or so, the voice of the speaker start troubling and it was not working properly. I tried it many times, even charged for couple of hours but it was the same, distortion and not smooth playback. I went back to the shop and informed him everything very politely but I was shocked to see that he didn’t give me any reaction as if he knew it was not a good piece and he intentionally sold me that piece. After so much of argument, he was not ready to replace or take it back. I was so mad that I threw that wireless speaker on him and hurriedly ran away from the shop. All shopkeepers are so well united there, everyone was pushing me and blaming me. When I came back home then I realized what I did was wrong, i gave him the same piece which he will sell again to some innocent customer. My Father then stopped me, not to go back to that market, it is full of cheaters and thieves and they even beat up customers who louder their voices on them. It was shocking for me that such cheaters are playing with customers so easily and no one can do anything to correct them.
Cheaters are everywhere around us, in different faces, it could be someone we never thought of but that’s how life goes on, world needs to be balanced with good and bad. It is up to us to be vigilant and take appropriate decisions in our lives whether it is about relationships, professional life or academic life.
