The coming generation seems quite challenging, and I say this because I am personally dealing with two examples of this generation—my two children. Clearly, new technology and developments have had a significant impact on the new generation, and we can't keep them away from these technologies as we have to provide them with the necessary learning. Along with these aspects, every parent wants their children to excel in every way and strives to give them the best upbringing possible. Raising children involves imparting many lessons, but among all these things, I have always tried to teach the new generation to distinguish between right and wrong and develop the ability to make the right decisions.

Most things are learned with time and the world itself teaches a lot, but considering the current state of chaos and the fact that everyone is focused on earning as much as possible, I've observed that we are gradually forgetting the distinction between right and wrong. I have seen a significant lack in the new generation's ability to make decisions and distinguish between right and wrong. For example, taking someone’s right or harming someone for personal gain seems acceptable to them as long as it benefits them, regardless of the harm caused to others or the rights being violated.

In the age of social media, where you see and read countless feeds and posts, not everything is true or factual. One should have enough common sense and intellect to discern what is true and what is false. Considering all these things, my lesson for the new generation is the importance of recognizing right from wrong, which we refer to as humanity—something above all religions. I believe religions were created to preserve humanity, but we and the coming generation are forgetting humanity. It's not just about decision-making but about making the right decisions. Whoever understands this lesson will succeed in every field of life, whether professional or personal relationships. If you make decisions in the right way, success will follow you.

It's not necessary that your friend or family member is always right; giving them the right advice is also your responsibility. This is possible only if you have the ability to distinguish right from wrong and can make the other person understand this distinction. For a good life, you must cultivate humanity within yourself, and even if you feel it’s a loss for you initially, it eventually brings positive outcomes because true success lies in following the right path.

I have often debated with my friends that instead of giving someone money, it’s better to encourage them towards some work that can have a lasting impact on their life, rather than encouraging them to keep begging. Many might disagree with me on this point, but giving alms is not right if the person is capable of earning through hard work. I don’t understand why so many NGOs and welfare organizations spend so much on feeding people for free. Why don't they set up factories with that money, which can provide numerous jobs and enable people to support their families properly?
Considering all these things and current trends, my simple lesson for the next generation is to cultivate humanity within themselves and maintain a clear distinction between right and wrong. This is the key element that can make your entire life successful.
