I was a little confused with the theme and didn’t get to the bottom-line. I was not getting the point to warm up the mind and get started. So, I put across the same question in discord server of Hive learners. Thanks to @bruno-kema who helped me to have better understanding of the theme and shared some basic points.

What a coincidence, the topic revolves around a story which was in discussion at home couple of days ago. @shahzad-ansari tells us the story of a fisherman and a businessman which was as follows:

There was once a businessman who was sitting by the beach in a small Brazilian village.
As he sat, he saw a Brazilian fisherman rowing a small boat towards the shore having caught quite few big fish.
The businessman was impressed and asked the fisherman, “How long does it take you to catch so many fish?”
The fisherman replied, “Oh, just a short while.”
“Then why don’t you stay longer at sea and catch even more?” The businessman was astonished.
“This is enough to feed my whole family,” the fisherman said.
The businessman then asked, “So, what do you do for the rest of the day?”
The fisherman replied, “Well, I usually wake up early in the morning, go out to sea and catch a few fish, then go back and play with my kids. In the afternoon, I take a nap with my wife, and evening comes, I join my buddies in the village for a drink — we play guitar, sing and dance throughout the night.”
The businessman offered a suggestion to the fisherman.
“I am a PhD in business management. I could help you to become a more successful person. From now on, you should spend more time at sea and try to catch as many fish as possible. When you have saved enough money, you could buy a bigger boat and catch even more fish. Soon you will be able to afford to buy more boats, set up your own company, your own production plant for canned food and distribution network. By then, you will have moved out of this village and to Sao Paulo, where you can set up HQ to manage your other branches.”
The fisherman continues, “And after that?”
The businessman laughs heartily, “After that, you can live like a king in your own house, and when the time is right, you can go public and float your shares in the Stock Exchange, and you will be rich.”
The fisherman asks, “And after that?”
The businessman says, “After that, you can finally retire, you can move to a house by the fishing village, wake up early in the morning, catch a few fish, then return home to play with kids, have a nice afternoon nap with your wife, and when evening comes, you can join your buddies for a drink, play the guitar, sing and dance throughout the night!”
The fisherman was puzzled, “Isn’t that what I am doing now?”

A very interesting story and exactly fits for this topic. The main thing of discussion was the moral of the story. Each and every one of us have their own goals and achievements and all of this is useless and worthless if you would not find happiness in it because the most important subject of life is how to be happy.

There are two lessons hidden in this story. It’s up to you to decide and choose the correct path. In my opinion, dreams are never-ending. If anyhow, I have achieved all my current goals and earned a lot of money, still I am young enough to balance my work and personal life then I would love to establish a whole new world of happiness. Not just by distributing money or helping people financially but creating opportunities for the needy ones so they would be able to establish themselves.

Following the advice of businessman in the story to grow and grow more. Once we have too much of profit and money is doubled, employees would get benefit of that too plus more opportunities and would love to make an automated system and mechanism that would be followed by the company staff. Half of the profit will go in charity for the free hospitalization and free schooling. Institutes to be built for encouraging people to have courses of their interest and at the same time, providing jobs to have a happy life. This feeling to see a smile on their faces is more than anything in this world. The most precious of all for me, happiness is in giving others a happy and independent life.

On top of it, there would be the responsibilities of other people on me i.e. there would be hundreds of families relying on our business. And once this sultanate of happiness is on move, it would be my time to relax and sit by the beach side, just as fisherman did. Fisherman was happy with what he is getting however, an advice from businessman was to get more of yourself and build a kingdom of happiness where others would get happy because of your hard work.

What my goal is to do such a thing that after life, people would remember my name in their prayers and would live a happy life.
