This new opportunity is very important for me personally, to be able to share and meet people from different cultures, customs and ideas, and despite the great multicultural differences and languages Hive has been a bridge between different worlds that has allowed us to be part of one and even work on the same goal despite not knowing each other in person, demonstrate confidence and value to all those users who are part of this ecosystem and live together in one being, so great is the power that Hive has.
"Hive has allowed me to continue to grow and evolve in my personal, ethical and professional development in the cryptographic and financial world, but most importantly it has made me want to be a better person every day and more for the people I am about to meet."
This is the phrase I use a lot when I talk about what Hive has been for me.
Since my start in November 2022, I have allowed myself to investigate beyond what many of my friends only get to know in hive, because for me it is an opportunity for my future, my career and my life goals, however, I have seen this opportunity and I did not want to stay only with it, but to be able to share this knowledge with those people who are interested in a new lifestyle, a more productive life and adopt proactivity in their day to day, and there is no better tool for this than Hive because it allows you all this and much more.
I am deeply grateful to be part of this initiative, to be able to share and make myself known and how ecstatic I am to want to learn as much as possible from it.
Hive has become a very important part of my life and I would like to make sure that it will be part of me for life.
What is goal setting for me?
For me, goal setting is to set a goal to follow in a certain period of time using the most effective and efficient strategies, techniques and methods to achieve them.
Depending on the objective to be achieved will depend on its complexity, discipline, responsibility to the person and their personal values so that these objectives are carried out in a transparent, morally accepted, good personal ethics, always with proactivity and in good faith.
Why is it necessary to set smart targets?
It allows us to have more realistic ideas according to our possibilities, our resources and abilities, in a more acceptable period of time for the needs to be solved.
In this case, I focus on my reality and my resources, and although I would like to go much further, I have to take my time to learn and train myself properly to minimize mistakes and grow healthily.
If I wanted to rush and take much higher goals without the necessary knowledge to defend myself, I would end up in trouble, I would not reach my goals because I do not have the resources and knowledge necessary to carry them out, and if I had almost reached those goals, at the slightest mistake I would end up losing all the progress for not having created a base to support those goals.
Therefore, it is of great importance the SMART objectives, if I had to break down their terms and interpret them I would say that they are:
Specific: Our objectives have to be exact to a particular subject to achieve, if we look into other objectives not so relevant we will lose the direction of the main objective and we will not have the desired and exact results.
Measurable: Having the resources and materials will allow us to work much better as expected, either by taking a certain time to meet that specific goal, an example would be: Being able to save for a phone for 2 months and be able to use this tool to record videos for 3speak and give a better quality of recording, audio and production.
Achievable: The objective has to be realistic according to our capabilities, resources and the goals we want to create to make this objective realistically possible.
Relevant: The information has to be of importance, with the necessary data about the objective to be achieved and that these data are directed to the main objective and not to others not so relevant to the one sought.
Temporal: The objectives to be taken into account have a limited time, in this case there is a period of 2 months, where the proposed objectives must be followed until they are successful at the end of the month.
We may want to travel to the moon, but it does not mean that we can achieve it just by wanting it, we must make an effort, learn and look for the strategies, adequate methods and time to achieve it.
What are your goals regarding your power at Hive, your followers, your commitment, your consistency and any other goals as a newbie here at Hive?
Regarding my Hive Power, my goal within these 2 months is to reach a minimum of 250 hp or more soon, and I will achieve this by uploading 7 weekly posts of better quality in content, design and writing, innovating in the process of creating them, during this period of time.
Regarding to meet and get followers I am directed to the communities which I can be part of and create a niche with those that I feel comfortable, to interact with other users, supporting the work done either in votes, reblogging and commenting, this whole process should be natural and have a feed back with the person, but I would like to get to have at least 50 followers during these 2 months.
I would like to achieve a status of at least 61, but this will only be achieved if I meet the objectives of being constant on the platform, uploading content, participating in other posts, either from my fellow hivers of this initiative or the platform in general and increasing my HP.
Being constant is one of my main mottos and personal rule to belong to Hive, perhaps it is a somewhat complicated journey because my city (Cumana, Sucre State, Venezuela) has a poor internet service and it is somewhat dangerous to walk at certain times in the street due to crime.
But the effort is worth it, and if it is to fulfill my goals and future, I take the risk to accomplish them.
Another of my goals is to carry out a series of meetings to spread the Hive blockchain in my city and promote crypto-adoption at a social, economic and touristic level. Within this process I want to continue "soaking" knowledge of the Hive blockchain to keep me informed of the day to day of what happens on the platform using both fundamental analysis and technical analysis of the platform both in the social, financial and development and go advising me with experts in order to bring and maintain optimal information, adequate and professionalism.
Thank God this has been a possibility, despite not having many resources we have been able to make good progress in achieving this goal.
Analyze the above objectives, what makes them SMART OBJECTIVES?
These objectives are SMART because they are realistic and fit my resources, meet the established time period (2 months) and allow me to continue growing and learning from the platform while I am receiving advice from prepared people who are part of the Hive ecosystem to give a better quality of information, post and relationship between me and hivers users.
What strategies do you want to implement to achieve your objectives?
The increase of my HP will depend on the discipline and availability I have to upload my goal of 7 posts per week for 2 months, these posts must be of good quality information, striking, entertaining and meet the series of standards and rules of the communities.
My status being honest will depend on the people who like my content, I know I'm a bit technical when it comes to writing but I will look for ways to be more expressive to make my posts more entertaining hehe.
My constancy has to be to be able to share with other post communities, either by commenting, reblogging and voting (in this case I will make every effort to be aware of my colleagues and their posts, despite the poor internet service that has my location).
Continuing to educate myself about the Hive ecosystem, watching public speaking seminars, keeping up to date with my university studies regarding computer science and finance will allow me to keep moving forward and developing new ideals, knowledge and myself to enjoy and be part of the Hive blockchain every time, either by spreading the platform among people and implementing new techniques to manage these goals.
