Maintaining a specific routine or procedure isn't that easy expecially when it has to do with keeping fit. Exercising at home or going to the gym area ways of keeping in shape, but to achieve that dream physique is a dutiful job on its own.
I have always admire people who looks fit and aside wishing to be involved in some workouts to keep in shape, I have take deliberate steps years back to exercise but wouldn't keep up with it due to my work schedule, family commitment among others things, but if I had put my mind in it and devote time to it then, i would have been successful at it.
So two years ago while at a shopping mall I saw a weigh by the door, I decided to hop on it playfully and check mine weight, I weighed 92kg, wow, my wife jokefully called me fatty bombom, that joke hit hard and I decided right there at that shopping mall to get back in shape.
Here is how I habe been going about keeping in shape. Firstly I set mine alarm clock to 5:00am daily, once it beep I woke up to do mine personal devotion time, after which I go to the Study-Room (this is so I won't disturb those still sleeping and I won't be distracted also). I do 20 Push-up, after which I result to Jumping-Jack while counting to 30, followed by a walk up and down the staircase till the alarm comes on the second time by now it's 6:00am. My wife would have wake up by then and would help make me a warm bath , so straight away I hit the shower,help with some house chores, getting the children ready for school before setting out to work myself.
Another routine I keep up with is Healthy Eating, though the prices of things is on the high side this days,but still I make sure I eat a fruit daily, most times after every meal. Also I control mine urge, I limit oil and fired food and eat more of vegetables and fruits. Eating of balance diet within my pocket capacity and sleeping early.
The above has been the constant k that kept me fit and glowing...
