With the arrival of a new year, after going through days of festivities and great celebrations, we are faced with a phase of thoughts and reflections, where new ideas and objectives emerge to put into practice throughout the period that we will continue to be governed by this new year. So what can I expect this year? What would be my goals for this, which will complete my 3 years of Hive? That's what I want to share with you today.
My main objective is to continue evolving my Hive Power (HP), now that I've reached the number of 7,280, I really want to reach the value of 10,000 HP and I know that this will be easily achieved, but why set such a small goal? Well, in balance with the evolution of my HP, this year I really want to reduce the frequency of my posts a little, which for 2 long years have been practically daily and well, this has been very exhausting on the physical and mental side, but also on the family for me.
This HP is getting more beautiful every dayI feel like I leave my family in the background when I focus so much on Hive, my children are growing up and I want to follow this more closely growth, as well as spending more time with them, so when I get home at night after a long day at work, I feel like I need to at least try to spend more time with them. With this, the idea is to reduce posts, but not give up on Hive, so, on the days I don't post, my plan is try to interact more with people, generate engagement, something I learned very well from the campaign carried out by inLeo on the Zealy platform.
So what I want to achieve in this more individual aspect would be these points: Hive Power (HP) and engagement, to be remembered by people, just as I also want to be able to help and learn about new work and content within Hive. In addition to always focusing on growing the inLeo community, seeking to interact as much as possible in the threads and participating in LPUDs, I have kept my focus on the Hive Learners community, where I really enjoy participating in the weekly editions and expressing my opinion, stories and thoughts.
I believe that by continuing with hard work, coupled with engagement and a more balanced life out here between family and work, I have everything it takes to achieve these 10k HP, of course I can create a second goal, which in my mind would be to close the year 2024 with at least 13k HP. This way, it will become a more fun and exciting challenge, right? So, now I have these two brands, 10 and 13 thousand in HP by the end of this year, which would give something around an increase of 5,720 Hive Power until then.
This morning, I had checked my position in the general classification in relation to HP and to my surprise, I was at 1700, if you take into account Hive's total user base, it means that I am here because I really believe in that I am doing and contributing!
A great position in the ranking!In terms of community, I want to continue helping the Brazilian HiveBR community in any way possible, whether by making healing wishes or giving ideas and tips for people to improve or resolve any doubts, I want to be able to continue contributing to the community growing and for us to become even bigger than we already are. 2023 was an incredible year for all of us, but we need to evolve further to continue helping all Brazilians who create their incredible content and share it with us and of course, always try to onboard new users to keep the community alive and with news.
I never tire of saying how much I love the communities I participate in and Hive itself, because I feel good here, exchanging ideas with so many people and learning so many things, I feel at home and, above all, I feel good participating in building something bigger and better. I think this is a way of leaving a legacy and my mark in the history of both the Brazilian community and the entire Hive.

Com a chegada de um novo ano, após passarmos pelos dias de festas e grandes comemorações, nos deparamos com uma fase de pensamentos e reflexões, onde surgem novas ideias e objetivos para colocarmos em prática durante todo o período que seguiremos regidos por este novo ano. Então, o que posso esperar deste ano? Quais seriam os meus objetivos para este que completará meus 3 anos de Hive? É sobre isso que quero compartilhar com vocês hoje.
Meu principal objetivo é continuar evoluindo o meu Hive Power (HP), agora que cheguei ao número de 7.280, quero muito chegar ao valor de 10.000 em HP e sei que isso será tranquilamente alcançado, mas porque colocar uma meta tão pequena? Bem, em equilíbrio com a evolução do meu HP, este ano quero realmente reduzir um pouco a frequência de minhas postagens, que por 2 longos anos têm sido praticamente diárias e bem, isso tem sido muito desgastante da parte física e mental, mas também familiar para mim.
Está ficando cada dia mais bonito esse HPSinto que deixo a minha família em segundo plano quando foco tanto assim na Hive, meus filhos estão crescendo e quero acompanhar de mais de perto este crescimento, assim como passar mais tempo com eles, então ao chegar em casa a noite depois de um longo dia de trabalho, sinto que preciso tentar pelo menos passar mais tempo com eles. Com isso, a ideia é reduzir as postagens, mas não desistir da Hive, então, nos dias que não postar, o meu planejamento é tentar interagir mais com as pessoas, gerar engajamento, coisa que aprendi muito bem com a campanha realizada pela inLeo na plataforma da Zealy.
Então o que quero conseguir neste quesito mais individual, seria estes pontos: Hive Power (HP) e engajamento, para poder ser lembrado pelas pessoas, assim como também quero poder ajudar e conhecer novos trabalhos e conteúdos dentro da Hive. Além de estar sempre focando em crescer na comunidade da inLeo, buscando interagir o máximo possível nas threads e participando dos LPUDs, tenho mantido o meu foco na comunidade da Hive Learners, onde gosto muito de participar das edições semanais e expressar minha opinião, historias e pensamentos.
Acredito que continuando com o trabalho duro e somado ao engajamento e uma vida aqui fora mais equilibrada entre família e trabalho, tenho tudo para conquistar estes 10k de HP, claro que posso criar uma segunda meta, que na minha mente seria fechar o ano de 2024 com pelo menos 13k de HP. Desta forma, se tornará um desafio mais divertido e emocionante, não é? Então, agora tenho essas duas marcas, 10 e 13 mil em HP até o fim deste ano, o que daria algo em torno de aumentar 5.720 Hive Power até lá.
Hoje pela manhã, havia verificado a minha posição na classificação geral em relação ao HP e para a minha surpresa, estava em 1700, se levar em consideração a base total de usuários da Hive, quer dizer que estou aqui porque realmente acredito no que estou fazendo e contribuindo!
Uma ótima posição na classificação!No quesito comunidade, quero continuar ajudando da forma que for possível a comunidade brasileira HiveBR, seja realizando os votos de curação ou dando ideias e dicas para o pessoal melhorar ou sanar alguma dúvida, quero poder continuar contribuindo para a comunidade crescer e para que nos tornemos maiores ainda do que já somos. 2023 foi um ano incrível para todos nós, mas, precisamos evoluir mais para continuar auxiliando todos os brasileiros que criam seus conteúdos incríveis e compartilham com conosco e claro, sempre tentar fazer um onboard de novos usuários para manter a comunidade viva e com novidades.
Nunca canso de falar o quanto amo as comunidades que participo e a Hive em si, pois me sinto bem aqui, trocando ideias com tantas pessoas e aprendendo tantas coisas, me sinto em casa e principalmente me sinto bem participando na construção de algo maior e melhor. Penso que isso é uma forma de deixar um legado e a minha marca na história tanto da comunidade brasileira, como dentro de toda a Hive.
